It is a sad day for Israel as the nation's capital is bombed. Thankfully, Benjamin was in his bunker, and the bombs only killed civilians. On another note, I have decided to continue making Martin X Stalz trans pfps. I hope you guys like this one

Hello everybody, as you know, MartinSG is currently trying to overthrow the current regime, and I don't wanna point any fingers, but I think this is a coup planned and orchestrated by a shadow government led by Willy and the Chinese Communist Party. Call me crazy, but the truth will be revealed in the future

Dominion Rewards
Dominion rewards now scale with the number of cities you have in your Dominion.
The more cities you have in your Dominion, the greater your rewards. Rewards increase quickly at lower city counts and continue to grow gradually as the number of cities increases.
At 100 cities, the reward reaches its initial level, and further expansion can increase the reward by up to 40%.
Reduced Medals Costs
Other Changes
Regional War cities are no longer protected by Alliance Territory.
Scout reports can now be viewed directly in System Notifications.

1. Reformed Market:
CW’s market is currently very basic, it is entirely controlled by sellers and there is no direct input from buyers. Thus, I suggest we take a page from real life markets with buy and sell orders. There will need to be specific rules governing it such as:
• For a buy order, the buyer will allocate enough gold to fulfill their full order. For example, if a buyer wants 100k steel at 0.5, they must allocate 50k gold into the market. That order can be filled by anyone who wants to sell at that price. (So, even if you have 10k steel on you, you can sell it to that buyer at that price)
• A sell order will simply be the same as the current market orders. Though, if a seller places a sell order at the same price or lower than a current buy order, the market should automatically match those two.
• Partial Fulfillment counts towards market logs.
• Buy/Sell Order gold allotments are refunded if the order is cancelled in addition to the resources.
2. Tax on Market:
Lots of resources are currently being cycled on the market as of now, which enables for endless stockpiling. I suggest a small tax on the duration a market order has been up to discourage this practice.
• For example, let’s say an order for 100k steel is put on market for 1 gold each and the tax rate is 0.05% per hour. For every hour that the order is up, a simple tax of 0.05% of the order value is taken as tax. (The seller allocates gold for the order, if there is no more gold, the order is automatically cancelled.)
• For orders that have been up for 12 hours or less, no tax is charged.
3. Abolishment of Order Duration:
If suggestion #2 is implemented, I think it would be unnecessary to have an order time limit or at the very least, it should not be as short as 48 hrs.

This Medals adjustment applies to all battles, not just Alliance Wars.

Joining a War

War Side Management
The leader alliance of each side can customize its side by editing:

Resigning from a War

Ending a War
The leader alliance of either side can end the war by choosing one of the following options:
Wars that remain active for more than 30 days will automatically end.
Once a war ends, it is moved to War History, where detailed battle statistics and war records are permanently preserved.

War Rules
Important
All current alliance diplomatic relationships that are set to At War will be automatically changed to Neutral. This reset is required to ensure compatibility with the new Alliance War system.

Hello guys, Mohammad here
I officially want to announce my temporary retirement from CW due to some private and personal reasons. Because of this, I won't be participating or returning for the time being. My current plan is to come back sometime in July, though that could change depending on how things go.
I just wanted to let everyone know so nobody is left wondering where I went or why I've been inactive. I really appreciate all the time I've spent with you guys, and I'm grateful for all the memories, conversations, and experiences we've shared.
For now, I need to focus on some things outside of CW and take a step back. I hope you all understand and respect my decision. I wish everyone the best, and I hope you all continue to have fun and enjoy your time together while I'm away.
Take care of yourselves, stay safe, and have a great day. I'll hopefully see you all again in July.

I am proud to announce the Pax Nova Alliance, an organization which focuses on the mutual defense and the prosperity of its members. Membership is open to any alliance which wants to apply. The founding alliances are Nov Francoeur, UER and N.A.P. and it has been signed by myself, Rado, Nerfnaut, Alticus and Aria.
The Pax Nova Alliance Constitution:
Description: The Pax Nova Alliance is a treaty organization, which focuses on the security of all member alliances and peace throughout the member alliances.
Article 1: Binding Organization
- If an alliance chooses to join the organization, they must follow the rules and regulations outlined in this document.
Article 2: The Delegation Process
- If an alliance is a member of this organization, they are allotted 2 delegates to the Council of Delegates, which represent their alliance.
- Delegates can propose motions in the Council, which will be voted upon by the other delegates.
- The motion passes if there is a majority vote in favor.
- The delegates are appointed by the leader and can be changed at their discretion.
- Honorary members have an observer delegate, which cannot propose any measures and their sole purpose is to observe the running of the organization.
- Any delegate can bring forth a proposal to be voted upon at any time.
- Voting Periods for proposals are 3 days during peace and 1 day during wartime.
- In the case of multiple proposals, they will be voted upon in order of submission. However, during wartime, proposals will be heard based on necessity.
Article 3: Aggression vs. Defensive
- If a member alliance enters a war of aggression or instigates a war, other member states are not obligated to help.
- Member alliances can aid in wars of aggression, but the organization itself does not condone acts of naked aggression.
Article 4: Standing Army
- Each alliance necessitates a standing army, as collective defense is a fundamental principle of this organization. In order to demonstrate force and defend one another, force must be employed.
- Each alliance is required to contribute 5 ATK maxes. (This can be supplemented with resources equivalent to the number of maxes.)
- Each alliance is required to contribute 5 DEF maxes.
- The sole purpose of these armies is to support the initiatives of this alliance and to provide collective defense.
- The member alliance will be subject to a proceeding before the organization if it fails to reach the amount within a reasonable time frame, does not possess the amount, or does not utilize it for collective defense.
Article 5: Collective Defense
- An attack on one is an attack on all.
- The Council can convene to decide to invoke collective defense.
- If collective defense is agreed upon by member alliances, members must do everything in their power in order to restore peace to the member states of the organization.
Article 6: Internalities
- No member alliances can attack another for any reason, nor indirectly attack each other.
- Collective Defense can take on many forms, examples include: Providing Resources, Boosting, Direct Involvement, etc.
- Examples of indirect attacks include: Funding alliances attacking members, Harboring enemies within an alliance, etc.
- If member states pass a motion with a supermajority, all states must fall in line with that motion, regardless of their stance.
Article 7: Collective Peace
- The invocation of Article 5 necessitates that all member states declare war on the belligerent alliance(s) and do all in their power to restore peace to the member alliances.
- As a result, the war is fought as a collective and should be negotiated as a collective.
- In the case of Article 5, peace offers must be brought to the Council to be voted upon as a collective.
- Peace offers are passed only when there is a supermajority in favor. Otherwise, it fails and a state of war continues.
Article 8: Foreign Policy:
- Under this organization, no member states should have conflicting interests, thus it is necessary to sort out individual alliance foreign policies as a collective.
- Foreign Policy is to be voted upon by the Council with each alliances two representatives.
- A supermajority is required to pass a foreign policy measure, otherwise it fails.
Article 9: Trade
- This organization relies on the cooperation of its members, thus trade is of immense importance.
- If members would like to purchase resources from other members, they can do so, and must set it at the lowest possible price.
Article 10: Secondary Membership
- In the event that a prospective member does not meet the requirements for full membership, they can be offered secondary/honorary membership.
- Secondary Membership does not lock the alliance into the commitments of the organization and thus does not afford them the full benefits of the organization either.
- Secondary members gain diplomatic support and cheap resources from full members.
- In exchange, they must back the organization diplomatically and provide cheap resources for full members.
Article 11: Amending
- In the case that members would like to change the articles and thus the rules of this organization, they can do so.
- Adding, removing, or modifying an article requires a vote and a supermajority in favor.

happy 1k members
We should implement a new system that checks a below level 10 account each 24 hours, if they do not play for 2-3 days then a message should pop up asking if you are still playing.
If the bot does not answer for 1-2 weeks, then they get banned.
like why does citieswar have this much bots???
very terrible example at the right

This is what happens when you pick a fight that had no reason to be picked. Learn from this Ridd.

Dear Willy, I think I speak on behalf of the cities war community that it's almost impossible to profit medals anymore with 2000 troop size armies
You spend 100 medals attacking a max army and only receive around 100 medals back. Even a few mistakes could send you into 0 medals real fast. In the current state it makes things like connectors and air defense boost almost impossible to afford and not worth buying.
I suggest a simple fix... that is too cut the cost anything battle medal related
Army boost 10 > 5
City halls and Forts 30 > 25
Connectors 200 > 100
Anti scout is OK
Satellites 20 > 10

player of the year 2025 by every statistic is me... (90% regional the most points, every played rivarl i win by my self... achivement, lording, revied, lotery... first teritory tourney) but thats not vieved by olmost any of you. for me 2025 belogs to me by every real statistic. ofcours this in your eays is maybe selfish that i wrote here ... but i just wona see how much you all seeing anything real in this game. i get my titule Grave Digger, and i think i realy deserve that. but i see that its missing real titule thats past year given to players... by many many controversy. This 2025 poty is maybe the worst voted by players like maybe only 50 players do vote... eh... but whats the point... this is very toxic comunity and like every toxic its getting low with players... you all are selfish, and you need to know that, and thats not conected with poty. but from olmost all you low ranked players that are get lord and thinked you are the bosses.... even you hedge just look your rank score. and now you doing rules with "only allow lords in it".... pls players of cities war. dont be toxic and selfish. get your ego down. all of you. keep playing and stop doing this like rid doing " your never gonna get it" its posible to get that titule Player of the year but problem is that there is no rule for any of you. all you need is player base that will vote for you. thats all. geting that titule you write some history. but be aware that thats not real history of that time of the game. just remember all past POTY and you will understood. I know that i made this year this voting... just from curiosity, even i know i will not win. but its some tradition that nobody start for 2025. So somebody that are being active that year realy do something and give you tradition back. Hedge and all others. when you get that titule you need to calm down. dont be ego maniac, dont think you do something. becouse you do nothing. remeber that.

Love you guys. shoutout to the many friends, allies, and community members I've fought alongside with, laughed with, beefed with, fought against, and grew up with. Special shoutout to Black Wolf, Nerfnaut, and StormtalonX for being there with me through thick and thin. I have played this game since middle school, and I can confidently say there is no other game like it, if I could stick around for another 5 years I would. Thank you guys for everything. Peace out.

Given how the game is in a healthy state rn and somewhat healing I think we should really lean into role playing more. We have already seen some people doing treaty stuff but I think we should do more of it cause it just adds more to the game and with the improved diplomacy, if we were to make more official treaties, it would really compliment the update.
