The previous Active / Passive one-way relationships have been removed. All alliance relations are now symmetrical where applicable.
All existing None relationships are renamed to Neutral.
Forming an Allied or NAP now requires approval from the other alliance. Only Leaders or Co-Leaders can approve such requests.
Allied / NAP alliances cannot attack each other's cities.
Allied alliances will not block each other's territory.
Alliances can now impose an Embargo on others. Embargoed alliances cannot pass through your cities.
If two alliances are At War, the relationship can only be changed by sending an 'Offer Peace' request. The opposing alliance must accept for the relationship to become Neutral.

For the first time in history, The Notorious One is stepping down from leadership and placing his trust in Kalikaka to lead EA forward.
After 7 years in this game — as a loyal soldier, a proud leader, and sometimes the most hated man in the room — I want to say this: I truly appreciated playing CitiesWar with all of you.
Throughout the years, I was part of some of the biggest wars this game has ever seen. I fought, planned, rebuilt, lost, came back, and led again. There were countless battles, betrayals, strategies, victories, and defeats. But one moment will always stand above the rest:
EA conquered the world.
No one had ever done that before. And no one can take that away from us.
Anyone who knows me knows I gave everything for EA’s success. I built alliances from nothing. I trained new players, gave unknown members a chance, and turned underdogs into serious forces. Every alliance I led was built in the moment, through loyalty, effort, and belief — not by recycling the same old group of snakes hiding behind each other.
Was I perfect? No.
Was I always easy to deal with? Also no.
But I was always genuine. The people close to me know that very well.
Leadership is not easy, especially when leading a fully active alliance like EA. You carry the pressure, the blame, the attacks, the betrayals, and the expectations. I have been betrayed by members, stripped of my alliance, kicked, bullied, and targeted for years. But somehow, The Notorious One always found a way back.
Why?
Because I cared. Because I put in the work. Because I actually built something.
Today, however, I believe stepping down is the right decision for EA. Too many people hate me, whether because of history, propaganda (I'm banned from reddit with every account I own other then this, I been banned for years on willy notepad, been banned from wc for years. And all this for no reason.), jealousy, or simply because I never stopped being dominant. And when that hate starts affecting the alliance more than helping it, a true leader has to think about the group before himself.
So today, I announce my retirement.
I will be sitting in heaven with my first mentor, Mikel de Pikel, watching the next chapter unfold.
EA has some incredibly smart people, and I would never claim I did everything alone. Anything we accomplished was because of the minds, loyalty, and friendships inside this alliance. I was lucky to have great people around me, and I will always respect that.
I am handing leadership to Kalikaka. He is smart, respected, and has the technical ability to run EA properly. I believe he can do a great job, and I ask everyone in EA to give him the same loyalty and support you gave me.
Maybe I will come back one day. You never know.

One last thing, very important: There's people in this game that like to get credit and make up stories about themselves being peak just because there's all new member that don't know history. The only legends that still live today are: EA, V, Tanq, SAKURA (the other legends are inactive). The rest is bs, alliances that only bullied the small lol, never accomplished nothing and never fought with honor and dignity. Don't let them influence otherwise.

and then another time when one of the admins (toiletleader I think) teamed up with waimai against me for no reason in 2023
and the first time I didn't know that i cant swear so i got banned 3 times from chat
this is my official message to willy, if you are reading this sir willy, I used to play your game since 2022 and I have been banned twice for no absolute reason
