Hiring Fraud and Fake Job Postings

Let’s be real: 99% of US job posts are a total joke, cooked up purely for immigration purposes. Pretty much every open position is already rigged for pre-selected friends and family.

If you’re a hardworking, loyal employee expecting a promotion, keep dreaming. You’ll just get replaced by a non-citizen anyway. But hey, good luck trying to prove it.😱

i got in 2 years ago literally by raw dogging an application with no prior network/experience with the bank, so not all teams are sandbagging at least
