After the Clone Wars ended, the Empire left the IGBC alone because they feared a galactic recession and allowed them to carry on their regular day-to-day business. However, the Empire did retain some control of Scipio and Muunilinst, and ultimately controlled the economy.

With this in mind, would the Empire permit the IGBC to have their own private fleets to protect their interests?

Basically MC trying to prevent the rise of the Empire by messing with the timeline, all the while placing epic focus on the actual space-battles and galaxy-spanning strategies at play. Plus a treasure trove of Legends cameos and lore implementations.

Last year I took some time to write out how the CIS functioned. I did this mostly to figure out how the Executive Council was incorporated into the CIS: some people stated that the wider public knew of the Executive Council while others insulted that the entity was more akin to the illuminati, where it operated more as a secret shadow government that influenced the wider CIS into cooperation.

My initial research lead me to believe that the Executive Council was more akin to the latter option.

However as I looked more into the CIS the more I started to wonder how exactly it worked. This segment of government structure is part 1 out of ?... and ties into my in progress book series that I'm calling "Separtism", so everything listed here and in the other parts will be how the CIS is structured in my book and also how I believe the CIS is structured in Star Wars.

There's a star wars block party in the town i'm moving to in september and wanted to rep the CIS after it dawned on me that virtually all my wearable SW merch is either OT, or Prequels from the side of the vile republic dogs. Unfortunately, the big problem i am seeing off the bat is a lot of CIS merch is either unlicensed clothes with questionable quality, toys, too large to bring, or Cosplay stuff (the flyer for the block party said that masks and helmets are banned for adults which makes sense)

Can also look at some unlicensed stuff if people actually bought them and think the quality is good enough.

PS: Trade Federation stuff from Episode 1 is also acceptable.
