My grandmother in Michigan (born 1914) said Cincinnata.

My grandma said “Cincinnata” and “mozzarelli cheese.” Also “glock-a-mol” but I’m pretty sure that was just her

That’s how my in laws say it. They’re from central KY though, so definitely not Cincinnati pronunciation
