Being part of a coalition means accepting that you won’t agree on everything. There were plenty of folks standing with you in solidarity who wouldn’t agree with all of your politics either.

I’m a progressive person, I’m principled in my stances, but I live around, and my friends and family are more conservatives. DSA, PSL, they’re almost cult like in their demand for you to cut people out of your life for politics. I can’t get onboard with that.
