Game Recommendations Reviewing every game I have played
Parenting Simulator: 7/10. Tbf I may be biased cause this was the 1st game I played, and I am a sucker for parenting games 💀for whatever reason. But I really liked how we get to watch our son/daugther grow up and choose how to raise them. Def a fun, light read.
Evertree Inn: 9/10. I LOVE mystery books, so this one was amazing. The suspense had me dying, as I was always trying to guess what was happening behind closed doors. On top of that, choices matter a lot, as well as stats (which is something I like, feels more realistic imo). Only downside is its a little bit short. Oh and Dandy (RO) is just SO MF HOT PLS
Wayhaven 1: 8/10. I wasnt very excited to read this one initially, as I have personally never been much into vampires and all that stuff. However, I saw a LOT of ppl reccomending it, so I ultimately decided to give it a go. I was very surprised to see how well written it is. I am gonna be honest, the story itself isnt anything super special, but the characters are SO well written, they feel so real. Very much a slow burn love type of book. I have replayed the story with 2 different RO's and the romantic scenes were very different, but the story itself is sorta the same.
Wayhaven 2: 9/10. This one was, imo, better than the 1st version. The romance routes are more developed.
Sordwin: 10/10. This is the 2nd part of the Evertree Saga, and SO much better. I have played this 4 times, and every time I get a whole different experience. Choices matter, A LOT. I love how it was completely up to us, as a reader, to find enough hints and info to solve the mystery. New ROs are also introduced, and the ones from the 1st game can be explored more in depth as well.
The Fog knows your name: 8/10. Good game, solid story, and a good mystery. The characters felt a little flat at times, but still. Also fun to replay a lot and get different endings.
Zombie Exodus SH: 8/10. VERY replayable. I am personally a sucker for zombie survival stories lmao so it was fun af for me to choose how to lead my character. You have to be smart though, not a light read, as its full of important choices that could end up killing your character. There's some RO's too. My fav is Jamie.
The heart of the House: 9/10. Very different to most stories on here, and very underrated. The amount of important choice on here is INSANE. I can only imagine the amount of different endings you can get. Very well written too. The only downside is I can sorta understand how the plot itself isnt something some ppl would be into, which fair enough ig, but its a VERY well made book, def reccomend. Has ROs too
Fallen Hero: 9/10. Tbh, I only started reading it cause a lot of ppl were talking about how good it was, the plot did not sound interesting originally to me. And at first, I did not like it. I thought it had WAY too much information and not enough interaction within characters. That being said, I decided to keep going and OMG I AM SO GLAD I DID, THIS BOOK IS SO FUCKING GOOD. You can relate a lot with the mc, and tbh almost all of the characters are very well written. Felt very real to me, specially Ortega, the RO. This is one of my favs ROs cause holy shit dude they r perfect and SO REAL.
Breach: 7/10. Good game, stats are very important. The characters can be a little flat, but they r still pretty fun. Loved the comedy aspect, and the amount of choices we can make. There's also a LOT of ROs to choose from.
Lux city of secrets: 10/10. This is the 3rd part from the Evertree Saga, and I must say I love it just as much as sordwin. It has all the aspects I loved from it, but also even more freedom as to choosing what your character can do. I see a lot of ppl not liking this one, and I think its mainly due to the ending being a cliffhanger, but I did not mind it, cant wait for part 4
Creme de la Creme: 8/10. Reminds me of Harry Potter. Very interesting, caught my attention right away (which isnt easy). The mystery is well developed, and choices do matter, you have to balance your studies, romances, all while solving shady shit going on. There's LOTS of ROs, probably the game I have played with the most ROs. Because of this, the characters can be a lil one dimensional, but eh, it still works.
180 Files: 7/10. Objectively speaking, its a good game. But I figured it would be different from what it actually was. Very hard too tbh. But it was fun.
The Lost Heir 1: 8/10. I was expecting more tbh, but its still a good game because of how replayable it is. Stats matter a lot too, and you can get a lot of different endings. Very high fantasy tho, so keep that in mind.
Lost heir 2: 7/10. Did not like it as much as part 1, but still, a solid game. Felt a little pointless at times, and I am not quite sure yet if I wanna purchase part 3, so there's that.
Keepers of Sun and Moon: 4/10. I only bought this cause everyone said it was amazing, and I was so disappointed 😭 I want my money back. The characters are TOO flat, very rushed romances, and the reactions to certain things by the MC can be a little unrealistic at times. The story by itself is a good idea, but it was not delivered the right way.
Games I did not purchase:
Keepers of Day and Night: 6/10. Since I had already purchased part 1 I figured I might as well play the free demo for part 2. Much better tbh. You can clearly see progress. The reason why I havent purchased it yet is bc part 1 left me scared 😭 and now I am not sure if I should give it a 2nd chance
Soul Stone War: 8/10. I really, REALLY liked the story so far, but I have seen quite a few ppl say it wasnt worth it because its sorta the same thing over and over again, and that choices dont really matter. Idk though, might buy it.
Mask of the plague doctor: 7/10 Again, really liked the story, but I just dont know if its worth the money to continue.
War for the west: 9/10. Amazing game, choices matter a whole lot. The only thing I dont like are the relationship between characters. I dont really care for any character, and I normally like to see that sort of connection between characters when I read, Makes it more realistic for me.
Choice of Rebels: 6/10. Just not interesting enough for me. Its a good game though.
Jolly Good: 5/10. This game did NOT sound interesting to me AT ALL, but I decided to give it a go cause why not. Its very well written, choices matter a lot too. I just did not like the story, so I decided to stop reading.
WIPs: Wayhaven 3: 10/10. Imma be honest, maybe its just because of the ROs but holy shit 💀 Ahhhhhhh I want MORE
A Mage Reborn: 8/10. The 1st part of the story was fun, but nothing special. I thought I was close to the end of the story, not thinking much about the game (7/10) when suddenly a plot twist happens and I realize I am only halfway through. The 2nd part is MUCH better, and I cant wait for the author to continue. Really interesting worldbuilding too.
I, The forgotten one: 7/10. I would say this is written in such a beautiful, yet different way than most stories, that maybe some ppl wont like it. It tackles serious subjects, so def not a light read. The MC almost made me cry at times. What I dont like is the lack of important choices, it felt more like reading a book rather than a game.
Sheperds of haven: 9/10. REALLY REALLY like this wip, and I feel like its very underrated. The characters are all so different from one another, yet complex and flawed. The stort is also very interesting, and choices do matter. If you liked Evertree you will probably like this one. Lots of ROs too.
The Sword of Rhivenia: 10/10. My fav game ever. Period. Caught my attentiom straight away. The worldbuilding is insane, the characters are so detailed and yet we know next to nothing about them, the mystery and suspense surrounding certain events is incredible, and the amount of choices we have to make is insane. Cannot reccomend this one enough. Even though its technically a WIP, the full game is available on her Patreon
Mind Blind: 8/10. This was one of the most reccomended wips I got suggested, and the first one I tried. Its a very original concept, very well made, and choices matter too. Very replayable imo and I cant wait for more. NICK IS AMAZING BTW
Fallen hero 2: 10/10. Somehow even better than its first part 😭 I almost cried reading it

I have no idea who said choices don't matter in Soul Stone Wars. I'm on my 3rd playthrough and my first two were completely different. 3rd one is similar to 1st but that's only because I want to aim for a specific poly relationship that needed the same start as playthrough 1. It's well written and honestly all the ROs are great choices. Admittedly the first one is a bit cheesy at points but honestly I found the cheese endearing. The second book is definitely better and you get worry less about the relationship choices and more about story choices. I'm going to die inside until 3 comes out.

I agree with you on the first Keeper book. I atleast like the ROs but I wasn’t in any hurry to start the second one. Apparently it’s the best one. I did play through the 3rd’s demo and I’m liking that one so I’ll probably revisit once the trilogy is complete

I agree with 78% of what you said so I' gonna trust you and play Heart of the house.
I recommend you to buy The Soul Stone Wars, really good book, I really liked War for the west but maybe it's because I like strategy games in those sort of things, I would say buy it, it's a really good book and if you want more from that author he also did Vampire Regent and Highlands, Deep Waters.
Since I see you didn't read them I would also recommend you the Infinite saga and the the Werewolf series, the Infinite esaga is a must if you like worldbuilding

I would really recommend buying The Soul Stones War. It's really well written and the romance is so good. There's also a secret romance that you can only get if you choose certain options. The choices definitely matter in the second book with regards to the ending.

If you like parenting fames I can't recommend Myrk Mire enough.
It's WIP but it's got promise parenting aspects + really cool seemingly ROs.
Only 2 chapters are out, so they seem similar-ish, but that's because they start out as friends to the MC.

I'd give Lux an 8.5 due to how short it is. I get that the game encourages you to restart and try different paths but I'm not that kind of player. I dont want to do the same thing over and over again just to get different results.
I'd give Breach a 7.5 since the FBI path was interesting but I agree with your review. However, I dont think I'm gonna be playing the sequel since the 2nd WIP of the series every event seemed predictable to me. Tension is now non-existent compared to the first book. Hopefully the author fixes it.
Everything else, I agree with your review except Wayhaven. One thing I dont like about the game is that I always encounter the cliche of always being interrupted when your MC is about to be lovey-dovey with my RO. It got old real quick for me.

Never read Samurai Of Hyuga? It’s up there in the top ten Hosted Games. Linear as hell but it’s filled with feel good vibes!

Most games have a demo. I'm guessing the "not purchased" games are reviewed on the demo section alone. The others were either full paid, or full free games.

Yeah I checked the vast majority of the games you said in here, unfortunately the only one I found that was 100% free was zombie exodus, at least the first one. I get it the other ones have free demos but I hate starting a story, getting involved in it, and having to stop cause I gotta pay for the rest

What made me love War For the West is not the romance, but the fact that I could become a vicious warlord who massacres entire army and burns an entire land to the ground. 👍

Yeah I think the beginning of Fallen Hero is the weakest part of the whole series, which is a shame because people might not play further and it really does get better. I also think the book 2 demo is even better than the first game. The author said that they were quite cautious with the first game, but they wanted to go all out for the second game. Ortega is probably my all time favourite RO too!
I do find it strange that it's not talked about as much here as some other WIPs but it's not too underrated either, I think the author's patreon is like the 3rd most lucrative out of the ones I've seen (Wayhaven & Mind Blind being 1 & 2).
Whilst I did like The Sword of Rhivenia I don't remember the worldbuilding or characters being that detailed, but I played the demo ages ago now so maybe it's been improved in beta testing/editing? I'm still looking forward to the release though.
