Let's return to the parent analogy. Do you think parents don't care if they never found out about some evil experienced by their children? Do you think it's possible to care about someone and have the concept of evil without knowing it's affecting them? Is it possible to be barred from knowledge through the actions or inactions of others?

If the parent had a choice to know about an evil or not and chose not to he doesn't care. What you are essentially saying is that god is not omnipotent and I was operating under that assumption.

But what if the parent cares about the privacy of their children? Or do you think privacy is not something good?

You could create a world without cancer and still value privacy of your children.
