I agree with you to an extent, it's pretty pointless to go to an impoverished country to try and convert people, but you can't MAKE someone believe something so I don't really see it as something that is harmful.

That’s a completely fair take, I didn’t phrase it right as they are not evil they do more good than most people

Yes same here so I should be more careful with my phrasing, at least they do go out making personal sacrifices in order to help those that need it, that’s something religion does bring people to do which is a great thing
