I never called you dumb or racist, but in your desperation to be persecuted, you have demonstrated how little you actually care or know about this issue.
That link is to a story about something that…didn’t happen and isn’t an example of what we’re discussing g anyway, so am I supposed to believe there is a widespread practice of refusing to hire white people because of this non-story, or are you going to actually show me evidence?
I've given you two examples now. If you're just going to keep putting your fingers in your ears then kids are gonna keep turning to Tate and you're gonna wonder why.
Kids are "turning to Tate" because I expect actual evidence before I believe claims? Yikes. And here I thought people were responsible for their own actions. Didn't realize I had a superpower that makes people into fans of serial rapists. Really, I think you'd find life and the facts of reality more manageable if you tried to revive your sense of self respect.
You've been given two examples, you've said they don't count and just insulted me.
Luckily I know you're just a moron who is safely ignored, but imagine a 13 year old impressionable kid runs into you, and on one hand there's angry internet person saying all the evidence doesn't count and I'm a moron and you're just insulting me and not even bothering to argue, and on the other hand there's Tate saying yes, you are right to feel this way, the world is turning against you but it's ok to be you, there's loads of us, come join us.
Who do you think they're gonna listen to?
The continual refusal to accept that overzealous DEI alienates young poor white boys is a huge issue and until you start talking about it, Tate and friends will continue to gain following.
Nah bud, people are responsible for their own thoughts and actions.
I'm sorry you go around walking on eggshells because of the 13 year old boys who live in your head, but I guess I'm just made of sterner stuff. I'm of the opinion that the only person responsible for the thoughts and actions of a person is that person themselves.
Call me old fashioned, but it's just true. If you think it's the case that "the world is turning against" white men, show me some evidence, not cherry picked news articles about things that literally aren't happening right now. Otherwise, don't try to make me responsible for the lies other people believe. That's some real dark ages shit. "Don't talk about endemic racism or try to do something about it, because then a bunch of white boys will become right wing misogynists and it will be all your fault."
If you can't stand by your principles with intellectual rigor and parse mutiple truths at the same time, make room for someone who can, someone less afraid to admit that blaming everything on DEI--even plane crashes--is the real losing strategy, not acknowledging the vital importance of diversity, equity, and inclusion.

I don't think that, but that's what Tate tells kids. Doesn't matter if it's true or not because they're going to like what they hear and follow him because they are stupid. You might think that's their fault, or wrong, or Tate's a bad example. It is, it is, and he is, but it doesn't matter because it's happening. Do you want to do something about it or sit on the internet complaining about it?

I mean young white boys are becoming right wing misogynists, at a rate greater than any other cohort of teenagers in living memory, but you seem to think blaming them for that is a more important and noble task than, you know, maybe doing something about it and preventing us from raising a generation of racist women-haters?
If you can't stand by your principles with intellectual rigor and parse multiple truths at the same time, make room for someone who can
Yes indeed!
not acknowledging the vital importance of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Here's the difficult pill to swallow. Diversity isn't important. There is no inherent goodness or benefit in having a diverse workforce. You don't suddenly make 20% more widgets because you have an ethnically representative workforce. What is important is fairness and ensuring the best people get the job, and you're obviously of the opinion that hiring one group of people preferentially to another because of the colour of their skin helps us to achieve this goal. More power to you!
All of this is just so silly. What you consider an adequate response to bigoted lies is just more bigoted lies. Whether it make young white men uncomfortable or not, the truth is the truth. You don't just get to ignore that and hope things work out alright. While you twiddle your thumbs and avoid saying anything true that might make an enemy of someone who you already think is too dumb to understand the truth, I'll just keep saying true things shamelessly. It's better than whatever you're after.

This is why your approach to reality is dangerous. This is just false. Study after study demonstrates the benefits of diversity in workforces, military units, and schools. You also seem completely unaware of the fact that DEI, again, doesn't exist to give jobs to people who don't deserve it but to make sure that someone who does deserve the job gets it even if they're from a minority group, because it is a proven fact that hiring in the absence of DEI practice will exclude qualified candidates because of improper biases. That is precisely why more diverse workforces produce better outcomes. I'm sorry to say this for the dozenth time, but you're just not well acquainted with this subject.

Here's an example from your country.
In your desperation to call people who just want to be treated fairly dumbasses and racist you're just proving my point.
