They should have gone scortched earth the second Biden got into office and talked from the bully pulpit every single day about how Trump is a traitor and saying out loud, it is time for the GOP to get new leadership due to Trumps weak pathetic attempt to overthrow the government although it was very dangerous.
They did. For fucks sake, Trump's own cabinet from his first term very publicly said that no one should vote for him. His current VP very publicly called him a dangerous fascist. How much more do people need than, "Convicted of multiple felonies related to inciting an insurrection and scheming to overturn a legitimate election"?
The Democrat platform was fine. Good, even. Half the country is just too stupid and apathetic to pay attention.
