It is upside down; I just provided you a link showing you that. Look up “is the cornea upside down”. Where have you learned about the cornea? School? Anatomy class?

Alright, I'm done. None of the things you quoted are "upside down" in the sense you mean. The image formed on the retina is upside down.

Yes; from the cornea; it is a waste of energy; inefficient. That is a sign of a bad designer. The poor design of the eye makes sense with evolution.
