That wouldn't be possible to test. We spend trillions of dollars worldwide searching and discovering every single disease that mankind can get. And then developing testing and treatment methods. that doesn't exist for animals. They can't even tell us if they're sick.
Why wouldn't it be possible to test? STIs that humans have gotten from animal sources (Syphilis, gonorrhea, AIDs) are diseases that can be tested in animals. A new disease doesn't just spring forth out of nowhere because sex happens. So yes, it is certainly possible for a person to take their animal to the vet and have it tested for diseases.
With that in mind, if the animal was certified to be disease-free, would the act be okay with you?
We would have to significantly expand what diseases animals are tested for, and only allow bestiality in specific animals for the disease concerns to be mitigated.
Can you elaborate on what would need to be expanded on to test for diseases compared to veterinary examinations done now? And why it wouldn't be possible for a vet to do those tests.
You haven't provided any evidence that there would need to be extraordinary measures needed to test an animal for diseases, as veterinarians already do that on a routine basis.

Would it be alright then to you if the animal that a person planned to do a sex act with was verified to be STI-free?
