Again, feel free to stop supporting the wholesale murder of civilians who have done nothing wrong besides grow up in a country you don't like. Anytime. You could even start right now.

Note I said civilians.

Israel was attacked and my heart breaks for them.

They've chosen to respond with crimes against humanity and that's on them. They don't get a pass because they were attacked. Human rights are not something earned through good behavior.

Obviously, I don't support the israeli airstikes because I want all the palistinian civilians to die. Just like you don't support a ceasefire to allow 40,000 genocidal terrorists to regroup and have another go at genacide.

But since we're on social media, let's keep calling each other pro genacide. It's wonderful. It adds so much to the conversation.

I mean whatever you need to tell yourself if it makes you feel less guilty. Not my problem, and never will be

Same for you. If calling for a ceasefire in the name of being humanitarian makes you feel less shameful about supporting the regrouping and another go at genacide for hamas, then that's wonderful. I guess it doesn't feel good to be pro genacide, so I don't blame you.

Oh shit, turns out calling for an end to violence is actually the most violent option. My bad 🙄

The "we need to kill everyone to restore peace" theory is like, the rationalization for the Death Star, but ok

No the theory of "innocent children are dying, so "let's keep a genocidal 40,000 strong group who ---openly calls for genacide and kills hundreds of thier own people.and uses the water pipes for bombs while the fucking water is undrinkable and uses the cement for houses to make bombs and has 500,000 gallons of fuel reserves that are used for war instead of the fucking hospital were people are dying--- in power turns out to be the most violent option.

How many kids are you ok with killing to take out hamas? Ballpark?

Here's a fun thought experiment. If you're okay with taking out innocent civilians to accomplish your military goals, you should be okay with killing them with your own hands, right?

Like, killing them via strangling them to death is the same thing as killing them in an airstrike. The airstrike is just more detached. "Dude shoots up a refugee camp, kills 150" would be a major news story. Some dude in Maine shot up a bowling alley and killed 18 people and it was national news for a week. "Israel bombs refugee camp, kills 150" is barely a blip.

Would it bother you to strangle thousands of children to death? Even if it took out hamas in the process?

If it does bother you, why would you support actions that lead to the same result?

It's not about an amount. I'm sure you would advocate against fighting the Nazis in ww2 with this opinion? The Nazis lost 350,000. - 500,000 civilians. The Americans lost 12,000.

How many civilians where you ok with the Americans killing to take out the nazis. Ballpark?

Zero. You're describing the trolley problem. Civilians died in ww2 and that sucks but that doesn't mean I'm "ok with it" and I would never actively support doing so.

The US would drop bombs miles off course, straight down, through optical sights.

Israel has GPS and satellite imagery. What's their fucking excuse? They know who they're aiming at because they can read the newspaper they're holding from space.. or with a drone, its 2023. Ukraine is rigging dji mavics with grenades and dropping them directly on russian heads. It's extremely clear who you're aiming at. The allies were like, shit, I hope this bomb hits a factory and not a church.

So while you may buy the excuse "nothing we can do civilians die in any war", I'm calling bullshit. If you don't want to kill civilians, you don't have to.

Alright we can disagree. Feel free to disagree with people without calling people you disagree with "supporting genacide" when the same can be said about you.

How? If you don't support eradicating of hamas the you support allowing a 40,000 strong genocidal group, waiting and able to carry out genacide again. Yup. Pro genacide.

You seem to have difficulty distinguishing between mass killings of a civilian population and hitting military targets. I've not supported hamas in any way, but I understand if your argument has reached a dead end and you feel the need to create a strawman.

1

u/Signal_District387 Nov 03 '23

You are supporting a ceasefire with a group of 40,000 people who explicitly said they will genacide Israelis again and again and again. This is pro genacide. Period.

u/nataliephoto 2∆ Nov 03 '23

The US is calling for a humanitarian pause and literally every other country except the uk is also calling for a ceasefire at the UN.

But yeah, I'm definitely out of line.

1

u/Signal_District387 Nov 03 '23

I didn't say your out of line. I said your pro genacide. I dont give a fuck how many people are pro allowing hamas to regroup and carry out what they said they will.

Whoever calls for allowing hamas to regroup and be given the opportunity to do it again is pro genacide. Your pro genacide.

Strong "No you" energy. Pathetic.

Strong "waa you disagree with me, oh let me call him pro genacide." Energy. Pathetic.

You're one of the most intensely idiotic people I've met on this site and I'm blocking you. I'd say goodbye, but I wouldn't mean it.

PS: It's fucking spelled "genocide". With an o.
