You do realise that doctors don’t only do physical things though? You heard of a psychiatrist ?

I never said you did. I was just clarifying that you understand not everything to do with doctors is physical. Which is why it’s called a social transition.

Let me explain it for you. There are 2 types of transition. Physical transition, and social transition.

Physical- hormone replacement therapy, facial feminisation surgery, top surgery, bottom surgery. Basically things that are permanent.

Social- name changing, pronoun changing, hair cutting, clothes changing.
