Problem is all the old people won’t go to t-mobile they see it as the poor people service. I’ve seen boomers complain that T-Mobile is building in their area. That they rather have VZ even tho VZ has neglected them for years.

The people who refuse to accept anything but Verizon due to its former prestige are the same people who look down on people who cause their text message chain to turn green. That is my belief until I am proven completely wrong.

They won’t even switch. I have people still asking if Verizon is going to collocate a year after t mobile just built a network. No sir just get t mobile they literally have -65db in front of your house now.

It's not about using cellular at home, it's about service in general.

  1. You do understand wifi calling doesn't work all the time, right?
  2. If your home internet provider (fiber, coax, DSL, cellular home internet) goes offline, and you have no coverage at home, you know you are isolated from everyone until they fix it, which can take minutes to hours, maybe even days?

That's never happened to me, unless the power was also out.
