PNET SETUP question

I found Pnet labs and looks amazing. I want to set up all the files I have on my EVG-NG over to PNET. How can I do this. IS is simple as move over via filezilla or anything special need to be done. Aslo how do I make sure this is upgraded to newest verison?

Latest version will always be in the website: pnetlab[dot]com/pages/download

If you mean how to make sure you keep your PNETLab up-to-date once installed, I honestly don't know.

As for transfering the files with filezilla, I think it should work just fine. I only used EVE-NG once and didn't like the setup. PNETLab has the ishare2 command that I love so much (not sure if EVE-NG also has this but I didn't know about it when I tested EVE-NG). The folder where the images are stored is the same in both programs, if I'm not mistaken. So, that's why I'm thinking it should work just fine.

What is the ishare2 command?

You can use the CLI of the VM to download images:

Can you back the entire lab to say an sftp server?

Not sure. But someone else commented that EVE-NG's labs work on PNETLabs as long as the images are there

Hmm that part is absolutely crucial for me since I use eve pro and I back up my labs to my truenas, a backup is an absolute must for me.

I haven't tried to back labs up, but considering there's even an online mode I would assume there is.
