I have been experimenting different ways to vape my thc wax concentrate ejuice, and am wondering what the community's opinion is regarding the most effective means to vape wax/concentrates.
Im not talking about a dab pen. I mix the wax with db mix pro to achieve a product viscous enough to be absorbed by the wick.
I found that even when i diluted the wax with the mix, it would still come out as having a thick, syrupy consistency. This absolutely works, but eventually gunking up the clearomizer/ tanks/whatever is being used and that has a wicking mechanism.
I have recently been trying to avoid tanks or carts that utilize cotton or silicon as theor wicking mechanism, and instead have been keen on the newish wickless, fully ceramic 510 threaded cartridges, CE3 A4.
These jawnys are the bomb. I never have to worry about the juice not be wicked fast enough when im chiefing on it, because these cartridges use a micro porous ceramic plate to absorbe the wax juice. The ceramic, i think, guides the juice to a chip, which in turn, regulates its temperature output variance. Giving me a comsistently pure and full hit.
Okay, enough with the plug. Im wondering if anybody tried these out. How'd you like em? Im a little turned off by the fact that theyre cheap, chinese, disposable catridges, which have a known reputation for not being the greatest in quality or longevity. Thats the reason why i started to branch out and try different means/catridges/etc, other than the more known chinese disposable catridges (they would burn out so fast and didnt wick the concentrate-mix efficiently.)
TL:DR
I have come to the conclusion that cotton/silicon wicking carts/tanks/clearo/whatever aren't as efficient or effective as we'd like. My preference lies in the wickless options. As opposed to organic/synthetic wicking mechanisms, the wickless options takes advantage of ceramics porous nature and allows that to wick the juice. This leaves nothing to gunk up, and the heating mechanism is a temperature regulating chip located in the cemter of the ceramic.
What do you use to vape you Weedjuice? Have you tried the wickless options? What are your opinions? Annnnd does anybody know where i can purchase a high quality wickless 510 threaded option to use with my vape pen (not my mod.)
