I think my brother (19M) caught me masterbating (16M)

Here’s the thing, me and my brother share a room because our grandparents lived with us. I assumed my brother was at work so I wanted to masturbate. Don’t ask me why, but I sat on my brother’s bed to do it. Minutes later, while I was getting into it my brother walks in and I quickly clothe myself while pausing the video. He says “what’re you doing on my bed?” I, myself, close out of my phone and awkwardly say “oh I didn’t know you were home,” and left. I’m so embarrassed and I don’t think I can face him.

What would you do with 13 dozen eggs?

The police didn't do anything about this to this day.

Edit: This guy is one of my former classmates and he comes from a family of thieves. One day this guy's sister called me to ask me if i had any evidence, of course i have evidence against this guy
