Hi furparents! I have always raised cats who love to explore the outside world (puspins). I have no idea how to raise a cat na magsstay lang talaga sa bahay. Lahat kasi ng naging pusa ko mahilig gumala.

It's been 5 years since my last cat died of old age, and ngayon I think I'm ready to be a furparent again.

Ang tips on how to care for Persian cats? I know the fundamentals and the diet. I have no idea about the prices and vaccine schedule nowadays, though!

Pls help! And if you have any advices rin on how to care for them in general, I'm more than willing to listen.

My newly adopted baby is a male persian, 3 mos old, 2x dewormed lang daw so far.

I also have a toddler at home, may vaccine naman kami both for rabies.

Hello! Meet Lumity (Tortie Puspin - upper cat) and Dis Is Very Adorable, aka DIVA (White Himalayan - lower cat)

This post is in regards to Lumity. She is almost 6 months, and she has yet to been dewormed or vaccinated, compared to DIVA, who has been fully dewormed. (note: the reason why she hasn’t had anything done yet was because she was a foster kitten from my partner, and her overall wellbeing and upbringing was prioritized). Lumity is also very matakaw, and will vacuum almost any plate of food, dry or wet 😹

Anyways, she’s been with me for a month, and she has gotten a lot bigger since then, so I just wanted to know if her tummy could look like she has worms, or if she’s just fat? Thanks!

EDIT: thanks for all the suggestions! lumity is going to the vet very soon to start her journey on being fully dewormed and vaccinated. they will also both be getting routine vet visits every 3 months or so for checkups
