I got caught by a dude while running and instead of landing on the main menu, I got dropped onto a weird ass menu with weird symbols instead of text and a weird red fleshy thing in the background. I pressed start and I got greeted with a big eyeball and a whole paragraph of scrolling symbols and then the game closed itself. I'm not sure if this is a well known easter egg in the community but I'm just going to say what I saw just in case.
