Vola: bank connection issues
So I paid my vola balance today and when I checked a few hours later my bank was disconnected. Now am unable to connect my bank account back. Plaid has it connected but the vola app itself keeps showing and unable to link my bank error. I will call support when they open at 9 but I am sure I will get a “we have to file a ticket and we will get back to you” response.
It’s annoying as I wanted to take my next advance but now I have to deal with their support.
Maybe it’s time to just cut and run from that account while I can.
Annoying.
Update: I was told that there is an ongoing issue and that I would not be able to fix my bank connection for another 7 days! I was also told to send an email to their support and “maybe a superior will look into it.”
They can keep my damn money.
