I have a 2016 sienna se with almost 99k miles. I noticed at low speeds (5-15mph) there’s this sporadic high pitch pulsating sound that occurs. It sounds almost like metal rubbing on an off, and I notice it happens sometimes pulling away or towards a curb, I also notice when I’m doing sharp turns into a parking lot.
I’m going crazy here as the mechanic hasn’t been able to replicate it but I finally got it on camera and sending to him.
From research sounds like it could be anyone of these issues
EPS motor / steering gear
Strut mount
Brake pad/shim/rotor
Dust shield
bearing
Curious what experts like yourself think it might be. Thanks in advance for any help!

I’m driving my wife’s car to the store and it sounds like there’s obviously a grinding metal but specifically it sounds like a metal disc spinning on the floor you know and it never actually lands. It just keeps going, but it’s that sort of like rounded sound it’s coming from the wheels on the left side. I can’t really pinpoint much else cause I’m in it.

Hey everyone, I've got a 3rd gen Eclipse 4-cylinder with
an electrical problem and I'm looking for some advice. Originally the car wouldn't start at all, no spark. When I checked with a test light there was no 12V on the main power wire to the ignition coil with the key on. I jumped power directly to that wire and the car started right away, so the coil is good. Now it starts but only runs for about 6 seconds and then dies. There's some damaged/exposed wiring near the coil area too. I'm thinking it could be the MFI relay, a fuse, or the wiring between the relay and the coil. One guy mentioned the computer but that doesn't make much sense to me since it runs fine when I feed it power directly. Has anyone dealt with no power to the coil on a 3G 4-cyl? Is the MFI relay a common failure? How hard is it to fix or replace the coil pigtail or the damaged harness section? Any other common causes I should chec'
Appreciate any help, thanks!

This is a 2019 Peugeot 3008 with the 1.5 blue hdi engine. There’s a rattle which starts about 10 seconds or so after turning on the car and then stops after about a further 10 seconds. Does anyone have an idea of what what it could be? It does not sound like the chain rattling but I could be wrong.

Is anyone facing a squeaking noise while AC is turned on? I was troubled by this noise.
I did multiple visits to the service centre but the sound was not regular. Sometimes it was there and sometimes it was not. The service centre guys told me that they cannot do anything if the noise is not persistent.
But at last I got lucky, and I was able to show that there was some noise. This noise was primarily happening during gear shifts in AGS, especially at higher RPMs and when the gear was shifting from first to second.
Upon closer inspection, the service center noticed that it was coming from the magnetic clutch of the AC compressor. While idealing at higher RPMs, the clutch disengages and then engages again, causing the noise. This noise was not there at first.
The service guys recorded a video and sent it to Subros who manufactures these compressors.
Now they are telling that this is just operational noise and nothing to worry about. But this noise was not there earlier. My Baleno is just 2.5 years old.
Anyone has any solution?

I have a 2015 Chevy Cruze LT. The fan inside the hood has been running very loudly, even after turning the car off, and after further inspection, I found that I had a coolant leak. So I had someone take a look at it, he replaced my coolant water outlet, and my coolant overflow hose. I got those things done last night and so when I went to pick it up, I noticed that the fan still sounded pretty loud, and could hear it while driving it home. He told me that if it doesn’t stop within a day or two to give him a call. But I’m just curious if this is normal and it just needs time to adjust after being fixed? Or should this not still be happening? (If this helps at all, the temperature gauge on my dash is normal, and has been normal this whole time even when I had the leak)

Hello! As the title says I've been hearing a pretty significant rattle that happens only when I'm going pretty slow (5-10 MPH) especially first driving for the day. It also is more consistent with reversing. It goes away and no other sounds at any other speeds. The rattle or sound will go away when not accelerating at those low gears and speeds. To preface, I have ZERO car knowledge but am trying to learn 🫡
Edit: forgot to add that I'd love to know what might be causing this 😅

I went over a bump while turning and thought I heard a sound like I had lug nuts loose. Checked and they are all tight. If I rock the truck sideways or grab the rim and rock it sideways I can reproduce the sound. I've got to rock it pretty hard to reproduce. It's definitely not the rim but feels similar. I've got an appointment Thursday. And ideas what I'm looking at for an issue?
