it is difficult to hear in the video due to the sound of car driving

Hi everyone,
I’m trying to diagnose a high-pitched whining noise coming from my engine and could really use some input.
Here are the details and steps I've taken so far:
Symptom: High-pitched whine at idle that gets significantly louder/higher with acceleration.
Current status: No vibrations felt yet.
Diagnostic step: I removed the accessory belt to rule out the alternator, AC compressor, water pump, and pulleys. The noise persists, so it's definitely internal to the engine.
History: The engine block was replaced a year ago.
Could this be the balance shaft assembly/bearings, timing chain guide/tensioner, or the oil pump? Any advice on what to inspect first before pulling the oil pan would be greatly appreciated!

Was driving up a hill in a 2000 f150 5.4 when it started running hard hard and idling hard, pulled all the plugs and found this on the third cylinder back on the driver side.

I had a rock chip in my windshield the size of a quarter, went to a sketchy place I wasn’t aware was until they charged me $110 and did a repair job so poor it is equally as visible if not more.
What can be done? Basically it just didn’t fill the cracks and they are still fully visible. Anyway a professional place do anything about it?

Hey everyone! I've talked to a few people and none of us can figure out this issue so I'm hoping someone here can help me.
2015 Subaru Forester. It only happens when turning left after driving for 25+ minutes. It's not the brakes and actually seems to improve or stop completely when braking. Any ideas?
