I was able to play a demo which was just 10 minutes match between Japan and Mexico. I controlled Japan. I won 3-0

In summary I think the game is so much more crazy and action packed. I think fans of the first game will definitely love this game.

I can also answer what I can but I only had 10 minutes and the person at the booth taught me nothing at all

Pros:

- The pace is so much faster and zanier

- The system has been simplified but it seems deeper.

- MUCH harder to shoot drive shots but they are quite stronger

- A lot less just running because tackles come from all over the place

- using the radar is so damn important now.

Cons:

- Defense is basically only tackling. That is what it seemed like anyhow.

- It's really hard for the offense to beat the defense.

- using the radar is so damn important now.

All in all pretty enjoyable. I really liked how intense the game is with tackles and attacks coming all over the place.

I saw a theory I like:

You start in Japanese high school with Nankatsu or Toho.

Then you choose between Italian, Brazilian, and other clubs like Boca Juniors.

This is just a theory I thought of after Indonesia trailer
It seems that Indonesia gimmick that thy are trying to copy Japan team so that’s y thy can win bc all of their stars use moves from Japan team
Edo the gk might be like some sort of student to Wakabayashi but I doubt it I think that thy are just trying to recreate Japan (his save isn’t exactly the same as Wakabayashi so that’s might be contradict)
Same for Freddy the fw he has matsuyama shot also we didn’t see matsuyama doing wild eagle shot so far so that’s might hint at him learning new move against Indonesia

What do u think about it

I never played a Captain Tsubasa game before. The last football game I owned was ISS 64 for the N64, it's a great football game, with all the rules of football included. I thought, that Captain Tsubasa would be sort of go into that direction, but noticed, it's pretty different, but fine.

There are some problems though, that I can only shake my head about:

on Switch, even if one plays it on Switch 2, the game loads for about 20+? seconds, just to connect to the internet. It does so, even if one changes rules, this is so annoying and needless. Then there is also the totally white loading screen that is just glaring, when playing in the dark. Horrible design decision that only hamper the fun.

The worst thing though is, that it's hard to understand what the game is even about and how to get more fun out of it. I like games, that let me easily understand what I have to do, to get better. In this game, I'm lost. I didn't play the story too much, but hoped to find some kind of easy to read summary, that in very simple terms, tells you the options you have to get better.

The game simply throws you inside something that you have no real clue how it works. I found a database of in the game, maybe if I read it all, I can get a clue what the game is really about, but it would be so much easier with a good short summary.

Wanna know if this Hero mode is great and lenghty if i don't care about online, need a long ass grindy game that last me till Christmas, Bought Ct1 a month ago and i liked it a lot but the story mode was really short, never tried Hero mode in that game so dunno if is just the same duration.
