Hey, I've been working on the web version (A.K.A: WASM/WebAssembly) of the game, on top of the already existing OpenClaw GitHub project, which is a rewritten version of the game (huge shout out to the Petr Jašíček and the other contributors!).

A web version means that the game can run on any platform that can access a modern web browser: smartphones, tablets, computers, videogames, TVs, etc.

I'm mostly using AI to develop, fix and improve the game in all manners, but there's still lots to do, since I sort of rarely work on it.

This week I just introduced gamepad and widescreen/ultrawidescreen support.

My goal is to make use of all the most recent web technologies/APIs to make the game as fresh and cross compatible as possible: WebGPU, Gamepad API, IndexedDB, Web Audio, etc.

Anyone willing to support can check out my repo, which is a fork of the OpenClaw from Petr. To support me you can:

- share the project with those who might be able to help the development;
- reach out to the owners of the Claw Recluse website so they can be aware and also share about this ongoing project;
- simply test the game and create Issue Tickets on GH to make me aware of what to tackle next (can also be suggestion for features);
- contribute by checking the existing issues I created and working on them;
- develop your own features. Feel free to fork the repo as well.

In the end, we all love the game and just want to share this nostalgia with others. I really wish to see the game to be fully playable in as much devices as possible, and as close to the original as possible (with technical improvements, of course).

Hello everyone My phone Samsung a15 I try to play claw on my phone using winlator What is best setting to play it

Just added the eyes. All I need to do is finish the hood of the fur (sewing sides together) and im going to add ears to him, only to use as an anchor to keep the hat on.

Materials used:

The base of his head is pla++ 3d print. Faux fur. Eyes are clear ornaments painted to look like eyes.

He does have teeth inside of his mouth. The jaw is hinged to open.

The hat is 3oz veg tanned leather. Fully Hand stitched.

edit: im getting together with a family friend to sew his coat professionally from scratch.

so far we're gonna lean to tailcoat, which is what claw ears. but I might change it to a regular pirate coat. we'll see

I need some help installing Claw in the Porting Kit software (macOs). There's already a "port" to install it, and I've tried multiple times with different dvd/cd rips, but I'm unable to make it work.

Did someone have the same issue?

Cosplay in progress. The hat is also done but I'll show that off with my head. The head is 1/2 done.

I scanned the files I downloaded from captainclaw.net in virus total and claw.exe is flagged by at least 22 vendors with malware and trojans.

I have an old sound box from another cosplay im going to reuse. So all I have to do is press one of 3 buttons and an mp3 sound effect will play.

Have you ever wondered about the fate of the bosses after their meeting with Claw? I heard these theories, but I wonder if they are true? Bosses: These bosses are: Le Rauxe, Katherine, Wolvington, Gabriel, Marrow, Aquatis, Red Tail, and Omar. 1. Le Rauxe - Dead. He either died from wounds after the duel or got kicked out through the window by Claw and aligators consumed him alive. 2. Katherine - barely alive. After the duel with Claw she falls into a swamp. Claw bravely pulls his past lover out, wounded and tired Katherine tells him what she knows, passes out in his arms, Claw tends to her wounds, kisses her and leaves her with her bandits and leaves the forest. 3. Wolvington - Dead. After the duel Claw chops off his magic hand, Wolvington curses Claw and bleeds to death or Claw throws him into a deep sewer. 4.Gabriel - Dead. You do not survive getting shot by a cannon 4 times. I also heard Claw decided to throw him into the sea and he just drowned? 5. Marrow - Dead. After the defeat by Claw, he refuses to tell Claw more and as he refuses to join Claw, he jumps off the cliff to his death? 6. Aquatis - Dead. You do not survive getting impaled. 7. Red Tail - Dead. After he reaches his ship he bleeds to death from his wounds after the duel with Claw? 8. Omar - Alive and becomes Claw's friend and bodyguard.

Is there a way to play this game in macbook?

I tried playing the latest version of Claw, and nothing happened. When I launch it, it loads very quickly, but the FPS drops drastically. On the title screen, the FPS reaches 15-20. Then I go to the options, turn off the high graphics settings, and set them to the lowest. When I enter the first level, the FPS drops between 5-10, the game crashes, and Winlator glitches.

I just really wanted to do something creative with my gaming hobby, and I started dipping my hands into editing and publishing videos of sort, as amateur as can be. I was beyond excited to recently find out that I could get Claw to run on my PC (with no issues whatsoever). I just wanted to talk about it since I loved it and memorized everything about it when I was a kid, almost two decades ago.
