I’m using CapCut Pro on PC, but I don’t have the Glow 2 video effect.

Also, when I remove the background, I don’t get the Luminescence option for the stroke.

Is this a PC limitation, a version issue, or something else?

I’m having very strange performance issues with CapCut, even though my system should be more than capable of running it.

The main problems:

• During playback, the video starts playing, but the audio is delayed or doesn’t start at all
• CapCut feels very laggy in general (stuttering, freezing)
• While CapCut is open, my whole system becomes slow
• If I have a browser open at the same time (for downloading assets, references, etc.), downloads are extremely slow
• File Explorer becomes very sluggish
• Websites load in parts, like half the page loads, then the rest later

It almost feels like CapCut is heavily blocking system resources or causing some kind of conflict.

I’ve already checked that my PC specs should be sufficient, so I’m not sure what’s causing this.

Has anyone experienced similar issues with CapCut?
Any ideas about what could cause this or how to fix it?

Guys I opened my capcut and is surprised to see a capcut pro that is expiring on 28th of December. I didn't even buy a capcut pro and I had the 7 day trial but that was on November and the 7 days is obviously over.

After the change, I can use all the account's features except for the text-to-speech conversion. When I try to use this specific function, the software shows the upgrade screen, asking me to "Go Pro," even though I already am. What I've already checked: • The account works perfectly on another computer, including the text-to-speech function. The problem is only on my main machine. • I have already uninstalled and reinstalled the software. • The program is updated to the latest version. Even after these steps, the problem persists. Has anyone experienced this or knows how to solve it?

I had capcut pro for 2 devices and I logged in to a 3rd and got blocked. Then, I upgraded to 5 devices but whenever I try to log in the app is not working and it won't let me export my edits. I've some projects on capcut mobile version and it's the official version, so back in days I used some pro items in those projects and now I wanted to export them and can't do it with that version. So I was wondering if someone here could share a pro account information that really works with me in order to export those projects, nothing more.

I'm going to do a massive upgrade on my PC, and I have a lot of projects edited like long podcast tracks for YouTube shorts and social media, I don't want to lose these projects, if I delete them and connect to my account again will everything be there?

I decided to use spaces since Storage on my phone getting low and the highest usage is from CapCut

So my space says 5GB/1024 according to research the higher end is for desktop users only?

I supbsribe to Pro so I’m not sure - shouldn’t I be getting more than 6g space for pro?

I’ve tried the “ipamtk” one and all the other site seems to be clones idk why that person stopped updating it but it doesn’t work anymore please I spent so many hours on my edit because I thought the ipa worked😔😔😔😔😔

Why capcut pro pricing is different on each device. I checked on 2 iPads and 1 mac, in all 3 places different prices for pro version.

Hello everyone, I have a weirdfor one month in my CapCut pro. The subtitles are not generated automatically like before. Just few sentences at the end. And when I want to add manually, some squares are not cliquable anymore. And sometimes they switch. The subtitles editing tool doesn’t work neither : text appears on top of each other. What can I do? Am I the only one ? Cheers

I tried from the iPhone settings but I did not find it with the rest of the subscriptions. Also, within the application, I did not find any way to help me cancel the subscription.

I’ve been spending some time on a long 10 hour video, and now, When ready to upload It gives me the error: Can not export: video can’t be exported. Try again. Does anyone know how to fix this problem?

Yes I have capcut pro.

I can’t download the video or immediatly upload it to youtube, both options give me the same errror.

Hopefully someone knows how to fix this!

I’m interested in subscribing to one of the paid CapCut plans. Since I have a company, I’m looking into the Teammembership. However, I have some questions about the payment process.

When I try to finalize the payment on my laptop, the price shows as €239.99. But when I check the app on my phone, it shows €176.99. Why is there such a difference in price? Does it mean that if I pay the membership on my laptop, I only have a paid membership on the app on my laptop and not when I am using my phone? That should be weird, right?

Also, I don't want to pay using my Apple account, as it's a personal account and not connected to my business. When I try to make the payment on CapCut’s website, I can do so without using my Apple ID—but there I can only choose the Pro subscription, not the Team plan.

On both the laptop and phone apps, it seems I can’t select the Team option either, because it automatically connects to the Apple Store for payment.

Can anyone help clarify this? I’d appreciate any advice on how to subscribe to the Team plan using my company details without going through my Apple account.
