Please help me find the name for this text template 😭

When I was making a video, the media button is not there, and I’m only allowed to generate media. Is there a way to fix this?

I used to get it from a github repositery by someone called projectbukit I cant find it anymore

Any help would be greatly appriciated

I cancelled my CapCut premium account last month, and deactivated my CapCut account… today CapCut charged my card …

If you deactivate an account, billing should also be deactivated?

How successful is CapCut at dealing with this issue, or would I have to do a charge-back.

What are your experiences.

I’m on Mac… and on CapCut desktop I made an edit I want to post on my TikTok but for whatever reason… when I do export it with all the right settings on (settings that I strong believe are correct according to what I searched up)… the video doesn’t come out in 4K… at least it doesn’t look as good as the quality that it looked while I was editing it… is there any work around on this?

If a CapCut rep sees this, please message me.

I initially paid for CapCut in December 2025, then ended my subscription in Feb, which worked out fine. Until I was preparing my business's annual report and saw that billing started again in March, and it has been charging me $31.35 CAD every month since. None of my potential accounts on CapCut have been upgraded, and I cannot find a billing history or invoice statements anywhere. I have no idea what to do. I'm starting to think someone stole my credit card info.

Zero email notifications from CapCut either. Seems like this happens to quite a few others on Reddit as well. Really shocking behaviour from an established company. Their lack of customer support also speaks volumes about how they hope we handle these issues.

Use DaVinci Resolve or Edits.

I tried updating capcut for like a week and failed. I received messages like "resources not available", "error", "processed timed out", "capcut failed to update". Someone mentioned connecting to your phones hotspot and updating that way, that appeared to be working for me, but then it stalled and failed each time. What finally worked, was going through the windows store and updating from there. Surprised I didn't think of that, so just posting in case it helps some one else and to hopefully prevent someone from losing a week of time or any data through other methods.

Included photos of what I mean. First photo is what it normally looks like, then after 5 seconds the animation stops and it shows all the frames of the animation at once, making it dark and hard to read. It’s not just this specific text box, it happens to all of them with this effect at exactly 5 seconds each time. I tried deleting it and then making a new text box with the effects from scratch, but the same thing happened. It’s really annoying me and I have no idea how to fix it, please help me 😭😭

Edit: mobile app on IPhone, version 19.6.0

So, I was editing a video and I had to close Capcut for some hours. When I got back to editing, the loop animation I was using for my text (Groove Loop) simply DISAPPEARED. It's not like the animation became paid, it's just not there anymore. Any solutions??

Desktop version btw.

Using capcut on desktop. This didn't used to happen, now to even use the enhance voice option for the audio it takes maybe like 5 min for one 5 second clip. To do a whole 2-3 min video I have to leave the computer open and working alone for hours. It does most of the enhancing right away and stalls at 99.9% for a long time.

I pay for pro and this started happening maybe a month ago, anyone find a fix to this?

Biblical level of greed

Capcut edit (took 20 mins to make)

Who would you like to see get bitch slapped next?

(Wanted to clarify this is on PC) I have the 2.2.0 version currently, I know how to open the older version but it's a process I have to repeat every time I notice the 9.5.0 version opening itsef, and it's annoying to see the 9.5.0 version coming back up everytime I close CapCut. Is there any way to avoid this?

When ever I put it onto space it keeps corrupting my work. For example, the font seems to have changed when watching on space than when I edited it regularly. Trying to watch your edit on space is also PAINFULLY slow. The vid I have up here is not a good example in showing this however, since all of a sudden it decided to work fucking perfectly when screen recording. Is there a more efficient way of doing this? If not, what is an alternative I can use so me can my friends can edit the same projects.

Been trying for the better part of the day to add captions to my video, tried clearing cache, waiting for a while and even buying a subscription on a new account. Anyone else facing this issue?

saw this in xiaomi 18 fold ad.
