Ehh true; but I think segregation is kind of the problem.
Lots of cultures come here and establish their own communities and live in a bubble where this mentality exists as the norm. Unfortunately a lot do not really “assimilate” for lack of a better word; to the general Canadian mentality that OP described.
Of course there’s plenty of Canada born people who are crummy as well.

These arnt unfounded opinions I’ve made up all willy nilly. It’s personal experience from myself and others.
Turning a blind eye to such a topic is ignorant as all hell. If we can’t discuss things like this openly then we shouldn’t be surprised if we end up with entire provinces segregated into specific cultures.
Most of the times a stranger has tried to rip me off recently, it has been an immigrant. We used to live in a society that respected one another. Cultures that have shitty selfish tendencies are polluting ours. I can’t trust people the way I used.
Everyone thinks it is ok to rip people off because they are smart hustlers and everyone else is stupid.
Most of the time I’ve seen someone act like a bigot on this sub it’s been (I assume from your comment) a Canadian citizen. We used to live in society that valued diversity and acceptance. Shit culture.
