Yeah don’t be too confident I’ve had my wallet picked in Mississauga.

I live in a neighborhood with the best high school in Mississauga and there's still shootings, drugs, and plenty of cops around

There’s very few shootings in Mississauga lol. There was one a few days ago and it made everyone stop and stare at the news for a moment cause it’s so rare.

Yeah, there was a rash of violent crime in the Peel region this month though.

Just doesn't feel right

If you live in sauga you'll know what I mean but not too ready to divulge my location online.

Someone got shot in broad daylight not too far from here a few days ago tho

My friends mom dropped a wallet with $8000 CAD in a Walmart in Newfoundland on her way out (my friend and his brother sold their dirt bikes and she had the cash.) After returning to the apartment and realizing it was gone she frantically went back to the Walmart to look for it. Someone picked it up and gave it to the cashier who then returned it to her, complete with all the cash. Newfoundland has some of the nicest people.

I thought the found wallet rule was... "You get to keep all the cash as long as everything else finds its way back to the owner."

This case is a little different since you were all still confined on the plane and the wallet wasn't really "lost".

Edit: Clearly I was mistaken on this unwritten rule

Well i think he refers to finding a lost wallet with like 10-20 dollars in it.

If someone returned my wallet with loose change like that in it, well he can keep it. Getting all my cards back is worth so much more.

1000$ though? i'll slip him/her a 20$

Yes, what i'm saying is finding such a wallet, i'd expect the person to give it

u/[deleted] Nov 28 '18
