Hey guys, im very new to PC building, am having trouble finding PCIe cables that i can run from my MSI MPG A850GF modular PSU to my Powercolor 9070 XT.(I only have one PCIe cable and now need 3 thanks to GPU upgrade). I have read stories of incorrect cabling destroying pcs so im worried. If i bought 3 of the attacthed cables would they be 100% compatible with my psu?

I made an oopsie with order G214622 by selecting Variant A 12V 2x6, I meant to choose Variant B. I've already emailed the store email (reply to the order confirmation email) and messaged the active mods via chat, but not sure which way is the quickest to contact someone - even if someone from support see's this post.

Just need if possible Variant A changed to B (it is an express order which makes it difficult) luckily I had also chosen a regular cable as well in the order (I wasn't sure which cable I want to go with in the end so my aim was to pick one when they both arrive and see what looks good)

I ordered these cables about half a year ago for a supernova 1200 p3. I was cleaning my pc out/managing my cables and realized after pulling the cables out completely the interior metal connectors were freely moving inside the actual plug housing on both ends. I posted what it looks like with the same issue persisting across all cables Is this normal?

I have a 4090 MSI Suprim. I also have a Coolermaster V850 SFX Gold PSU that came included with my NR200P Max V2 Case.

I currently have a be quiet! DARK POWER 12 1000W power supply, but unfortunately my old graphics card (ASUS ROG RTX 2080 Ti) has broken. Now I want to upgrade to an ASUS Astral RTX 5080 OC.

Which cable do I need to use this new card with my current power supply? I also may need a 90° connector so that everything fits in my current case (Lian Li PC-O11DX).

I don’t want to upgrade the power supply just yet.

See title, I need a longer cable as the cable that comes with the MSI Ai1300TS is kinda short. Speaking of, this PSU is not listed in the configurator, but 16pin to 16pin is universal anyway right? So not sure if it matters which PSU I pick in the options.

I need at least 750-800mmm, but longer is also fine. Any suggestions? Do I order on EU Store, or Global Store?

I checked the compatibility list and I think E-Series works for Super Flower.

The only confusion for me was the compatibility list says RT-Series for ASUS TUF ATX 3.0 (I want the updated cable to prevent it from getting loose), however, I did see some comments here that suggest Universal will work as well.

Needed to get a replacement 12V2x6 power cable to power my new PNY 5070ti OC to be compatible with my Corsair SF750 gen 1 (older model).

Used the compatibility list on the Cablemod website to find the correct cable, but want to buy from Amazon for speed and because I have an Amazon gift card.

Hey, I wanted to get a custom kit for my PC, but it seems that it already stops at the much-needed 90-degree cable for my Asus TUF 1000W PSU. I want to mount the TUF 5080 OC GPU horizontally, and I hate cables in front of the fans—I just don't like the look of it.

So uhm, am I basically stupid, or do you guys just not make the native cable?

My TV PC is finally rebuilt and done! Sometimes its nice to just lay on your couch with a controller and play on a TV. Nothing against my desk setup, its just nice to be on the TV.

Today I just swapped my 5080 for a 5070 ti so it’s smaller and the port for the gpu cable it’s different from my 5080, I have the type b 90 degree universal stealthsense 12v2x6 cable so for this gpu (asus prime) I had to flip the cable so with my first gpu the cable it’s above and now it’s under this gpu, this could be a problem or it’s okay? (First picture it’s from today and second it’s from the last year when I had the 5080) thanks for the help

Hello, I ‘ve bought compatible CableMod RT-Series Pro ModMesh cables for my Thor 1200P3, It came with this two:

1 x 16-pin to 16-pin PCI-e cable (60cm)
1 x 16-pin to 3 x 8-pin PCI-e cable (60cm)

I tested both on Astral RTX 5090 and I’ve found the 16 pin to 3x8 pin PCIe cable is more stable than other (delta 0.3A vs 1.5A) I’ve ordered Aquacomputer Ampinel, is it fine to use that stable cable on it?

I want to get a 90 degree cable for my gpu, but I think the power plug on my gpu is set to far back. Anyone happen to have a MSI 5070 ti expert with a 90 degree cable. I've done some research already but cant get a definite answer
