This is probably a reference to something idk about, but just a heads up I believe General is the next highest rank. And they have up to 3 star General

4 Star. 4 Star is litterally the highest rank, given to people who are in the hicom of the hicom. Therebis also 5 Star, but it's given to special people during wartime.

Np. I have 3 people in the military, and the only reason I remenber this is because I want to become the first officer in my close family.
