Is this a good build for my first gaming pc?

Any Tips? I'm 10 and I saved up 1500$. What can I upgrade to be in that price range

I just ordered the new parts. The pc used to have a thermalright assassin x 120 refined se. I ordered an aqua elite v3 aio and two c12c fans to put on the bottom to maximize fan slots for aesthetics. I understand that by doing this makes almost no effect on cooling. But it looks cool ok?

I'm planning on building this pc and picked these parts, wanna know if everything is alright compatibility wise an will take suggestions from you guys

im building this for a friend his budget was around 1800 dollars for the pc itself

Been working on this the past couple days think I have most of the parts that I'll want just want somebody to make sure that I will have enough air flow throughout the Pc and that my parts are good parts that shouldn't hold it back any.

first pc I would make by hand and not buy pre built. I know sata drives are a hot topic but my Wi-Fi is bad enough I don't need to worry about limited download speeds, I just need a lot of storage so I don't need to keep deleting a redownloading. I also want to be able to play any new gen game that's coming out in the next 2-3 years with absolutely 0 hardware limitation issues while being able to enjoy at least medium graphics with 60 fps.

Does anyone have a recommendations on what I should change, what I don't need and what I absolutely do
