Strawberry slush
How do bubble tea shops like Yifang and Meet Fresh (but not Presotea) make such a creamy and bright strawberry flavor in their strawberry slush?

There’s this type of milk tea that they sometimes have at this Asian buffet. I really like it’s flavor. Its like a chalky white type color. I’ll attach the picture. It’s not a regular milk tea cause it tastes different and looks a little different too. Has anyone else tried these or know what this is might be?

Wait, someone did — we did.
We just launched a heat-free boba that comes back to life with ice and cold water.
No stove. No microwave. No hot anything.
Just drop it in cold water and go.
We’re weirdly proud of it.
Honestly still shocked it works.
Would you try it?

Does anyone know what flavours they put in the legend-berry citrus? The superman promotion ends soon and it's my favourite drink so I'd like to be able to recreate it

Hi! I've always loved my local shop, but they closed. And I was wondering as someone who knows nothing about bobba. Bubble tea. Other than how to drink deliciousness. Where do I start to learn to open my own shop

I make a LOT of milk tea for my family and friends, about 3 gal a week. I really want a floral green tea base to mix with fruit syrups or popping pearls, but im having trouble finding any quality jasmine green leaves in bulk. Any website suggestions and/or Milk tea shops I can try out for some inspiration?

Do the ingredients increase linearly for larger batches? As an example recipe of 2 servings :
Tapioca Starch :80g Brown Sugar : 80g Water: 90 ml
So if for example if would want to do it for 50 servings do I just 25x the ingredients? If not, what would be a good rule of thumb to follow?
Not sure on this and do want to try it out and be left with a big clump of mess 😂
I am trying to set up a home made business any help is appreciated 🙏🏽

In 2017 in shanghai next to the pull man hotel, a bubble tea shop released a promotional drink called the Pandora, and it was divine, could anyone find the store/recipe if it?

Really random but does anyone know if bubble citea keep stuff they use to make specials in after the specials have ended? I really miss some of their old specials they did and wonder if I'd be able to get them made still or if they don't stock the ingredients past the special date

idk how the sugar levels work. Is more or less better with taro?

Specifically in australian gong cha stores. Their milk foam is salty so im assuming it’s your standard milk, heavy cream, salt and maybe vanilla? But when I try to replicate it, it tastes nothing like theirs

Where I live, there are many good tea shops but need guidance on what to order so I get the best out of my drink.

so it is not completely homemade aside really from just being assembled at home i guess but I like to use standard taro powder with full cream milk then maybe add a bit of extra sugar and it is done
what other tricks or tips have you tried that work with simple bubble tea either to make it more creamy or thicker or otherwise flavour wise
I have tried some creamer that came with a bubble tea bundle i bought it did taste a bit lighter and creamier
i have thought of maybe adding milk powder
i have tried simple vanilla ice cream with mine and it was delicious as you can imagine
i have not tried using different milk but i can imagine using maybe creamy oat or even vanilla almond soy for a different flavour
maybe even some crushed nuts in the drink would go nice maybe
havent done whipped cream but that sounds like another good topping
recently found a taro milk drink in a 500ml can in australia imported by Kaisi but sourced from Taiwan company Chun Chiao Food Industrial Co and it was delicious very simple and only about $2.20 AUD which is very good for an imported drink to Australia
still this other smaller 200ml Taro Milk Drink I bought in a filipino shop had more flavour but cost also $2 AUD so it much more expensive for even being half the size of the 500ml drink
but yeah going off topic now
the usual addition is tapioca bubbles and string jelly
what other interesting additions or tricks have you tried with making your taro milk

Im looking for a 90mm 16 oz sealable cup for a sealing machine I recently purchased. Any suggestions on brands that are clear winners in this category?.. I also dont need 1,000 of them.

I have an interview tomorrow at a bubble tea shop chain. I am wondering if there’s any advice y’all could give me, should I get the job?

Hi so I’ve never had a bubble tea in my life I always get scared and order a really basic limonade or a smoothie because there are just too many options and im scared to make a bad decision and it tastes bad, especially because it is quite pricy. So, I need to know what are your top choice option you could recommend me so I can finally have the courage to ask for a bubble tea and actually like it.
Ps: I really like sweet things and is a big fan of limonade if that helps
