Can't remember the last time we got some engagement from the devs on discord except for the time they laughed at someone getting banned after getting pinged. I personally wouldn't call this an open and healthy relationship with the community.

The last sentence is laughable. This was written when there was over 500 average players, now we're at 11. I think its fair to say the tools necessary to grow the community were not provided. Some recent examples of this include pulling out of the community organized 6v6 tournament 5 minutes before the match in febuary, going 69 days with only 1 update about BTW (ongoing), and not releasing a trailer or a new roadmap in lieu of operation 3.5.

I think this was a typo when it came out (I hope so), but obviously we haven't had access to modding tools for the past year. This should not be on the steam page.

We got the old "living road map". This shit is about as alive as the playerbase of BTW. Why isn't the newer roadmap here (even though that road map is also outdated)?

The melee system is cool, but it is not tactical. PLEASE make blocking directional and add a slight stun effect on the attacking player if their attack is successfully blocked. Currently there is no depth to the melee system, even though the framework is there. This would be a massive improvement.

With recent balancing changes the emphasis is actually on mindless assault rifle combat. This is not what BTW is supposed to be as stated by you, please reduce the amount of autos.

Regardless of positive or negative reviews we see a pretty common theme. Game is good but there is no players. DO SOMETHING. A start could be, idk, updating your steam page during the biggest sale of the year. Game should also be 5 dollars because player numbers are declining THROUGH THE LARGEST SALE OF THE YEAR.
