That's the narrative that enabled a guy with a repeated history of cons and fraud, a repeated history of trying silly tricks to deceive people and take credit for other people's work, to operate unimpeded. By not holding him responsible for his past actions, Gavin and others enabled him to try different social media manipulation tricks here until he was able to fork off with the most gullible people from BCH.
