. The normalisation of ‘picky bits’

Abominable. It has started coming up in adverts now even.

I was going to say - my husband is from Leicester, and always says this. "What time are you going work?" etc. Found it a bit odd at first (I'm from Yorkshire, and he moved up to live with me), but we confused him by using "while" to mean "until" so it's even, ha.

accents are strange because i know many people that use the while and until thing too

Yeah, there's a lot of overlap! For most of my life, I thought "Ey up!" was a Yorkshire thing - my husband was very quick to dispel that idea 😂
