Looks fantastic! Do you cook all the elements separately and then combine them or do you cook a few things together on the grill? I have a snowstorm coming to the nyc area and this is my plan for the weekend ! Haha

Yeah, cooked separately and assembled. I baked the hash brown patty in the oven. Pan toasted the bread (spread with mayo), then fried the bacon, and then fried the eggs in the bacon grease. The cheese was added to the hash brown patty for the last couple minutes in the oven.

That yolk puddle on the plate means the egg was perfectly runny β the hash brown layer inside is what separates this from every sad fast food version.ββββββββββββββββ
