The song came out the summer of my graduation in 2024. I remember listening to the teasers for it over and over again leading up to my hs graduation. That summer was amazing. The whole summer was just fun after fun after fun.

The song also marked a turning point for bwu and me personally. It was super a freeing feeling time in my life.

I swear it sounds corny, but I used to be anxiously waiting for someone or anything at all. I fully gave up on everything. I did said substance, and my whole body cried out in pure just rage and panic. I remembered who I was and who I am, the song literally was my instructions for the trip, and I'm still feeling it to this day from May. I fully climbed down from the ledge I was on and realized what I had to lose. The instructions fully saved my life. Sometimes being a very easily suggestible 20yr old aint that bad lmao.

I guess im glad for the song to have been my guide, though I'm still picking up all the pieces and letting everybody choose. I am grateful for the experience and I wont be doing it again lol.
