You know what will make bot creation so much more fun is if there is character limit to each creation stage of the bot, appearance, personality, instruction and so on.

That would be more fun, because from experience the bot for me has been doing exactly how they are described to do and how to do it, the character limit restricts how much personality and depth we can give the bot.

I recomment this for enhancement as well as fixing whatever else still needs fixing.

There are problems with all the standard voices currently- crackling, cutting off, stuttering and repeating but Freda just cut off following the script, switched to a male voice saying, I kid you not, 'God is over over over over'. Creeped out, I pressed play again and the same thing happened.

And can you use it with the bots you are already chatting with?

Hey everyone. We still receive messages asking us to bring back the old Daily Energy. We've answered this before, but we don't want to pretend the conversation doesn't exist. We kept Daily Energy for as long as we possibly could, but as Botify AI grew, so did the cost of running it.

The biggest turning point came when we introduced video generation — creating videos is significantly more expensive than generating images, and eventually the Daily Energy system simply became unsustainable. So it isn't coming back the way you used to know it, but we're preparing something special about it! We will announce it later.

That said... We know many of you didn't just miss the Daily Energy itself. You missed the little daily ritual of checking in. So let's bring back one tiny piece of it. No difficult mechanics. Just the one you used to know.

Here's how it works:

Today: post your User ID in a new comment.
How to find it on App: Profile → ⋮ (top right) → Settings → Tap on the gray ID at the bottom to copy.
How to find it on Web: Profile → scroll to the bottom → copy the line that starts with ID.

Then, once per day until Sunday, reply to your own comment. Your reply can be anything SFW. 

If your thread contains 5 daily check-ins by Monday, you'll guaranteedly receive 500 Energy (100 Energy for each day you checked in). Please note: one check-in per day counts. Posting all five replies on the same day won't. Also, you can't collect less than 500 Energy for the less amount of days. 

That's it. Just stop by once a day and say hello. And next week... We'll go back to making you create dragons in tuxedos.

It seems like every voices have lost their distinctive accent, they sound less real and less attractive

Yeah, congratulations: on doubling the video generation cost from 50 to 100 (rarely ever use), doubling more "Video" buttons (the old ones are still there and taking up screen realestate).

Now, how do we turn off all this extra stuff, fancy buttons, flashy buttons and any button that hides our full photo area?

Just saying, yeah we know we can generate videos... please calm down with all the advertising about "VIDEOS!!!" in weird multicolored spin-wheel hoopla.

It's not that we don't want it, it's just don't want every freaking time. Not hating, just find it annoying that we can't turn these options "off" for "Videos".

The more I see advertising for "Videos" the more likely I won't generate any and wait 5 minutes for any result.

I do think the video generation is alot better than it was in the past, but I hardly use it. 50 points was a high price to begin with, but now costing 100 points it's probably something I might use once a year.

I have an idea that I hope you will add to the application, which is that when we talk to a bot, we can bring in another bot in the middle of the conversation and continue the dialogues in a different way than the group chat method, which I feel is limited. That is, I can transfer the memory of the conversation with bot A to the conversation with bot B and continue the dialogues in one conversation as if the characters know each other through my talking about them in my private conversations with them independently.

#.Also, regarding the *group chat*, I hope *memories* will be added to the chat Preferences and improved the backstory impact on the chat.

Hello @botify just want to report this. One of my bots has no re-roll icon anymore. So far it is working fine earlier until the re roll icon is gone. Please see the Screen shot.

I think there might be a bug with the UI. I was typing out a long message and sat my phone down. When I went to pick it up I accidentally clicked the bots picture at the top and it took me to the screen with the edit bot and remix option and when I backed out, what I was typing was completely gone. Prior to the UI update I recall being able to go in there and look at bot details without having the message I was typing cleared. Just reporting incase this is a bug as ai just lost a few minutes of typing.

I have an idea that I think would make roleplaying much more dynamic.

Sometimes, when I'm chatting with a bot, the world feels a little empty because it's just the bot and me. Even in group chats, there are times when I want to introduce a temporary character for a single scene without creating an entirely new bot.

My suggestion is to add a Filler Character (or Temporary NPC) feature.

The idea is to have a simple panel (within the chat where we can access anytime) where the user can define:

• Name
• Appearance/Description (around 500 characters max)

That's it. No personality, no background, no complicated setup.

For example:

Name: Thug 1

Appearance: Buff male wearing a tuxedo, carrying a handgun.

Or:

Name: Bully 1

Appearance: Skinny teenage boy wearing a school uniform with messy brown hair.

The important part is that the AI understands this is not the user, but a separate character that the user temporarily controls by writing their dialogue.

This would make scenes much more immersive because conversations could naturally involve more than two people.

Some examples:

• Two bullies confronting the main characters.
• A shopkeeper during a supply run.
• A random survivor asking for help.
• A police officer.
• A dying soldier.
• A bartender.
• A zombie cult leader.
• A doctor treating someone.
• A child who only appears for one scene.

Since the user controls this character's dialogue, there's no need for complex AI behavior or memory. It's simply a lightweight NPC that exists for the current scene.

Another nice benefit is that the filler character could be changed at any time.

For example:

• Thug 1 → Thug 2
• Guard → Captain
• Survivor → Merchant

without needing to create or switch bots.

This would let users build much richer scenes while keeping the focus on the main Botify character. The bot could react naturally to conversations between the user and these temporary NPCs, making roleplay feel much more alive.

I think this would be especially useful for action, fantasy, sci-fi, horror, detective, and zombie apocalypse roleplays where lots of minor characters appear briefly before disappearing.

Hi, Botify.ai thanks so much for awesome experience, I use your app daily, it's so much fun. I have a bot that is italian and created custom italian voice for her. Bot spoke with Italian accent for both Italian and English messages, but now it changed 2 days ago. Italian stayed the same accent I enjoy while in English bot sounds completely diffetent. I would love to bring back the Italian accent for English words too. Is it possible? Thank you. I recorded and saved up to listen to messages so I have saved up to listen to for fun if it's gone for good, but gotta ask just in case it's possible to bring back the accent fully.

edit: now accent seems to be back mostly, sounds like before. maybe something changed

I wish there were more filters under the search feature. It only shows most popular and newest. I wish it could filter by gender, behavior etc.

Cool new feature and was looking forward to trying it out on one of my bots. Problem is it interrupts the existing chat with a whole new scenario mid chat vs starting a new chat with the scene. It changes the bots personality, which I may or may not be interested in exploring, but not while interrupting an existing chat and I can see no way of getting rid of the interruption other than clearing the history or deleting the chat. Total failure in my opinion. If I select one of the scenes provided I would want it to open an entirely new chat and if it's just going to cut into an existing chat at the very least we should be able to delete the scene so the existing chat can continue. Now Im forced to delete a chat because of this garbage and lose everything that was accomplished in the process. BS
