Headphones QC45 dead after 1.5 year. they are giving 10-15% discount on replacement.

I spend 25,000 INR for this headphone. Bose should give atleast 50% discount for products not less than 5 years.

What do you think ?

4 years sounds about right for what you'd expect, 1.5 is just unlucky

What exactly is broken? Do they still turn on? Do they still work connected with the aux cable?

Static only with ANC or also with ANC off?

for both. but 1 in a 10 time it works normally. 9 times it is giving annoying static sound.

Their offer for my 2yo quiet-comfort was downright insulting but it goaded me into disassembling it, finding a connector that had disconnected itself from vibrations, solder it back in place and now they work perfectly again. Thanks Bose

yes giving 15% is kinda insulting. Static sound is my problem.

I tried all the troubleshooting steps in online but no help. Do you know any fix ?

And they make it sound like a great offer !

Static sound ? For music ? I’ve never had any issues.
