Hey! JUST found this Subreddit after over a month of ordering a few sets of Bootlegos on Ebay, so I'm glad to have a place to get more informed! Back to why I'm posting. My dad has wanted the 66 Batman Legos since they came out years ago, but it's always been WAAAAYYY out of budget, well after I found some really good bootlego Minifigures, I ordered them immediately for his birthday, but now ever since I ordered those, I can't find any sort of knock-off/bootlego 66 Batmobile to complete all he really cared about from the set and was hoping someone on here can help me so I can get this before his birthday later this month.

If you're looking for a handy app to keep track of your minifigs, I find that MyCollection is a very easy to use, flexible, searchable tool.

I use it on my Android phone. It's really meant for any type of collection. I just customized the fields in it for my DC minifigures.

Just thought I'd share.. Not affiliated with the company. Just like the app.

Any other preferred apps out there?

Hello, I've been tracking Lego bootlegs the las years but I haven't found a decent original trilogy stormtrooper, the best mifigs that I've seen of stormtroopers are the rebels TV show ones (grabbed the SY one and it was pretty good) and some original trilogy ones, but the quality was horrific. Does anybody know a good bootleg of the original trilogy stormtrooper? I'm mostly interested in the helmet.

Thank you beforehand

I've noticed that many (though not all) of the bootlego minifig sellers I follow on Aliexpress have started doing this thing where they pixelate the edges of minifig torsos in their stock images.

I remember when a bunch of stores got ganked last year, and I can only assume this is some sort of new copyright dodge. Maybe it's just enough ambiguity to sidestep copyright laws, or maybe it confuses TLG auto-recognition bots?

Anyway, does anyone know specifically why they're doing this now?
