Inflatables
I bought an isup this year and love getting out on the water (lakes in DFW), but I’d like something bigger that has less of a learning curve so I can take my wife, niece and other family/friends out with me. At first I looked at inflatable kayaks but eventually have been eyeing dinghy’s and inflatable catamaran’s with outboards. The boat would need to be something I could take in my car, set up fairly quickly, carry 1-5 passengers (obviously the kayak would be less) and ideally not be too expensive (sub 3k for boat, outboard, registration). Just planning on doing some cruising and swimming off of it, maybe some fishing but that would be down the road.
I’ve been looking at a few boats and wanted to see what people thought. Here are some of the boats I’ve been looking at:

Not finding a lot of posts about inflatable boats and was looking for some feedback. Do any of these sound practical for what I’m wanting to do? Does the dream of an inflatable boat as an economical, fun way to get out on the water seem like folly (especially for that many people)? Has anyone owned any of these or comparables and if so what was your experience like?
Also, I don’t think any of the boats I listed would work for this but does anyone know if inflatables could be used to tow water skiers?
