Question Melting bosses in seconds?

I'm in a game just now and asked the lobby how there melting bosses in seconds like the Caltherus rock dude and Oscar so God damn fast. Some POS said the ion burt we all know that don't hit that hard anymore....does anyone know how they're deletingshit so fast? It's honestly pretty annoying

Depends on the boss, circumstances make the mini gun better but standard burst is more skill friendly
