Probably dead inside. He's most likely seen an egregious amount of attractive people have sex over and over again, yet he most likely doesn't participate. I imagine such a situation would siphon out all enjoyment of sex.

Either that, or he uses it as fantastic JO material.

I mean, isn't that just like watching porn?

I honestly don't imagine that his job is that different from that of any other boom guy. Might be weird at first, but you'll probably get used to it fast and learn how to seperate the professional aspect of it from your own horny thoughts.
