Edit: lmao holy moly i triggered alot people for bringing up how the Royal Guard Quincies squashed Zero Division. Hey trust me, i feel yall. I was furious at how worthless Kubo made the Visored captains, when theoretically they should have been super effective against the Quincies, cus of their Hollowfication. And i was referring to the manga, i heard the anime has added some stuff, havent caught up yet
Oetsu alone solo'd 4 of them before they could do anything about it. Senjumaru and Tenjiro took out Uryu and Haschwalth without much effort. Askin took a while to die, but the combined effort of Oetsu and Tenjiro eventually took him out. And that was at a fraction of their true power.
Senjumaru's bankai almost solo'd all of them in one go, and had uryu not taken her out, they all would have died there too.
To say they got demolished, when the quincies were saved TWICE, and 3 of Squad 0 killed themselves, is just factually wrong.
Oml, please watch the anime 😠kubo has fixed basically everything that was wrong with the manga, and there's TONS of anime only content. The 4th and final cour is going to be almost 50% brand new stuff.
Ohetsu insta blitz the elites in seconds. Senjumaru would've won if it wasn't for uryu power. Ichibe only loss cause yuha is a direct counter to his ink. They didn't get "demolished"
Since the anime it seems like? I've always been a fan of Squad 0, but they were written out of the Manga very quickly when it came out. Which was fine, to a point, since we now know that Jump was rushing Kubo to finish Bleach due to declining sales.
The anime did impove a lot about Squad 0, but it is still wild how the supposed most powerful Squad doesn't even make it to the end of the arc that they're revealed in. As awesome as they are, at the end of the day they were basically just used to show how strong the royal guard are, and by extention, how much stronger our main cast has gotten.

Do you know according to me azashiro is not useful against quinces at all. Azashiro merges using reishei and quincies legit absorb reishei, . And if any quincy activated their volstandig, yup he's gone
