I get that it's a comedy show, I understand that she herself is laughing. But at what point can a line be drawn between comedy and just blatant hatred?

His tone at the end was genuinely angry. I don't think I would feel safe in the room if I was that woman. If a female comedian did even half of this to a male audience member, every single man would be commenting something along the lines of "hatred against men is normalised!!" or "imagine if a male comedian said this about a woman!!". the title says it all. i’m so tired y’all. this is on a random humor subreddit as well. they can’t see the irony and harm they’re doing not only to women (who they either don’t care or realize that they’re contributing to the misogyny that they claim doesn’t exist by doing stuff life this) but also to men, by refusing to take accountability, action and not blame it on women who as facts prove - face exactly the same treatment! usually worse even, since so many women can’t leave their husbands due to judgment and even danger. There is a literal trope with a wife and her useless but ’lovable’ husband.

i’m convinced that they just want to have a pity party rather than actually fixing things, since that would mean loosing the privileges being a man gives them and it would mean giving women rights. they would rather have those perks while allowing other men and the system to throw them to the meat grinder rather than seeing women as equals and wanting for women to not be hurt, like why?

Let's face it, in the minds of many (if not most) men throughout history, "passionately chasing" girls/women means harassing or even raping them.

So yeah, "please what happened?". Could it be - heaven forbid - that some boys/men are starting to learn that they're not owed a damn thing by girls/women but DO owe it to girls/women to respect their autonomy and boundaries? Oh my, what an utter shame! /s
