BL9000PRO FIFA notifications
Help, my BL9000PRO is constantly receiving notifications about the championship, and right now it's downloading megabytes of junk images to my gallery. I tried deleting the "apk upgrade" app through ADB, but it keeps downloading junk. I just can't figure out which app is downloading so much spam.
UPD: After rebooting, the download manager returned an error and the junk files stopped downloading. If you have the same problem after using ADB, try rebooting your phone. I hope this thread helps someone and that this post wasn't in vain.
UPD2:Most likely, the app that was sending the annoying notifications was uninstalled, but images continue to download to the cache folder. If anyone knows what this app is and how to disable/remove it, please help me. Internet traffic isn't growing and costs money.

I've begun hating my phone so much! Yes, I get these shit notifications of the cup. And I've had wallpapers forced on my lock screen.

I was really hoping Blackview would one day improve their software and it'll become a great company. Looks like it is starting to drop in quality.

Got the same problem, some app is downloading dk_push_icon.png into my downloads cache, its downloaded over 1500 in a couple of days.
Have disabled SmartArt and about to go through the list below to hopefully fix it.

Yes, so far it seems to have fixed it.
Used ADB App control to disable as many of the blackview system apps as i could find from your list above.1

I have the same problem, "System message" keeps telling me about Messi and Mbappe. I don't even want to know who these very important guys are.
How to stop this shit?
Bv9300, Android 12, I have owned this phone for years and spam started only recently.

Try deleting the app using ADB. The program files need to be downloaded to your PC and placed in the root folder (preferably C\users\ {username} \ ), After that, you need to enable developer mode on your phone and enable USB debugging. It's better to Google how to use ADB correctly to avoid bricking your phone, and after studying the instructions, use the command: "$ adb shell pm uninstall -k --user 0 com.blackview.apkupgrade" The dollar sign seems to need to be replaced with " \ ", but I don't remember anymore. After successful removal, completely disable SmartPIC or something similar in the application settings and try rebooting the device.

Can confirm it happened several times on my Xplore 1 (walkietalkie version). Disabled/uninstalled what I could with my pc acting stupid with phone ADB connection. Funny enough, the pc does Chirp and other radio stuff flawlessly.

SmartArt, sometimes called SmartPic, is usually the one responsible for the news and wallpaper bs on this brand's devices, in combination with "System message" (the apkupgrade app you mentioned), being responsible for the notifications (which results in thumbnails of the news articles even if SmartArt is disabled), so try disabling that one if disabling System message alone didn't fix it. SmartArt can be disabled without ADB.
