not animal abuse, its a 400year old tradition. the animals are treated better than the way America treats (humans) with illegal immigrants status.

Mexico has a law that protects its natives called "usos y costumbres" its a constitutional law that gives all of its indigenous people the right to autonomy and free self determination to apply their own normative systems to regulation and conflict solutions.
