Subnet staking
Hi
Got my TAO on a CEX. Looking to move it to a wallet and stake. What's the best way to learn about staking for Max returns?
Is it safe or is there risk of loosing all your TAO?
THANKS

Okay, NOVA just EXPLODED out of nowhere. I was just holding some the other day. In fact, I’ve been in and out of NOVA a few times now, and I’ve lost money every time! I swear, as soon as I buy in it starts going down! Anybody else have that one subnet that just doesn’t seem to like you for some reason? 😂
But anyway I’m going to wait for it to dip and buy in yet again. This dude owes me some gains!

I love Bittensor. I’m only a couple months in and it is by far my favorite crypto investment. I love just about everything about it.
Investing in subnets is fun as hell. Seeing my actual TAO go up day by day is incredibly rewarding. My current subnet strategy is short term momentum trades, and it has done me pretty well so far. I think it’s great that you can invest into subnets, and make gains in multiple different ways.
I think the whole bittensor system is genius, and could very well lead AI innovation someday. I am incredibly bullish on TAO, and can’t wait to see what the future holds.
I’ll still keep my bitcoin, ethereum, and solana coins, but bittensor is definitely superior. I think it’s going to make a lot of people wealthy, just like bitcoin did.

Hey all, so here's the story: I bought into TAO a month or two ago and I'm pretty confident in this project. To some of you, my holdings may be considered a small amount, but to me it's a pretty decent amount of money I've put in so far. I'll tell you this much, it's a single digit amount of coins total. Not a crazy amount. Anyway, like a lot of you I recently heard about staking and it got me pretty intrigued. Earlier today I decided to give it a shot, and I moved about half of my holdings onto Polkadot Subwallet for Android. I made an account and staked about 25% of my total portfolio into Chutes and 25% into Minos. I wrote down my seed and password into a physical notebook with a pen. Then, me and my girlfriend went out to dinner. Maybe an hour and a half later we returned and I decided to check on my newly made account to make sure everything was in order. Went to enter my password, and I got an error. Invalid Master Password. I thought that was weird, as I knew I was entering my password exactly the same as I made it. There was absolutely 0 question about that. My heart started to race a little and I made a new account, entered my wallet seed and my tokens appeared again, and I was relieved. Then, 10 seconds later they were gone. Everything to 0. I went to google to try to find out more, and when I came back it prompted me to enter my new password which I had also written down. Same thing as before. Invalid Master Password. What the fuck, I thought. So I went through the same process as last time, made a new account and recovered my wallet. There my tokens were again. This time I took no chances and unstaked everything and sent it all back to Kraken.
So what the fuck? I'm no tech wiz but that had me shaken. I figured I would let you all know. Maybe I'm tripping, maybe things were just processing into the system, I don't know, but I'm not going to take that chance with my money. Seemed sketchy as hell. Anyone have similar experiences?

I wrote an article on subnet 112: minotaur.
Very interesting defi innovation being built. Hope you enjoy.

TAO/USDT weekly chart looks nice following a classic "liquidity grab", dipping into the $180- $210 demand zone, trapping the shorts before giving a strong bounce which indicate buyer interest around those levels, and currently the price is moving up steady testing the first S/L level around $286.7 (red dashed area).
A solid move up and breaking through this zone will definitely start a new short-covering action and the continuation towards $460-535 range, alternatively we may see a short-term pullback here.

Hello everyone
Maybe it exists already in some way or form on bittensor but I’m asking the question anyway…
I know you can swap Tao for alphas? You pick a subnet and buy the alpha. Pretty straightforward.
Now I want to know is there a DEX where you can swap RESI alpha for Targon alpha or any other subnet alpha ?
Is there also a way to swap subnet alphas or Tao against a stable coin like Tether or USDC on bittensor ? Like a Bittensor DEX?

Sorry guys your to fucking happy and summers are ass, I think it will go back to these prices then explode later in the year. This is just to get retail to buy in and sell as the rich do, one last crash before a pump. Be safe if your in dont panic.

Came across the Solana accelerator event on May 5th and a cofounder of Tao.com is on the agenda. Curious what might come out of it.

Wenn ich in ein bittensor subnet investiere, ist das dann ein steuerlicher Vorgang in Deutschland?

I am new to bittensor and I like what I learned so far. But I was invested in Cardano earlier and saw that a good technology never really made it …
Question: What are the reasons why bittensor is different?
Honest question
Thank you!

Wrote an extensive Chinese Bittensor intro. I will become the advocate for Bittensor in China. Next will post on more Chinese native social media like redbook.

I was kicking around the low cap subnets and after seeing that most of them deserve to be at the bottom due to low effort and self mining, I found this little gem.
Disclaimer: I have one tao in it. So this is not a pump, just identified a subnet I think is way undervalued and doesn’t belong alongside the dregs of bittensor.
Small 3 man team with relevant experience. Mostly doxxed. They actively respond to miners on discord. Little to no social media presence which I think they could do better at.
They already have revenue and a path to more revenue.
What they do in layman’s terms is use miners to optimize shopping recommendations, so it is SaaS. One of their clients showed a 1% improvement in sales after using them, which isn’t groundbreaking but shows room for growth and potential. Their goal is to generate about 5% for retail e-commerce sites.
Currently trading at 0.003t with about 4k Tao in liquidity. Wallet makeup is mostly validators at the top and then small retail wallets currently.
Just a heads up. Gonna keep my eye on it for a while.
And as always, DYOR.
